I have a super good insight into how Lora Berkompas is able to buy and sell homes really well, from her helping us. A close up view.
There are many steps in the buying and selling process. On our deal Lora’s stand out expertise was in the most important aspects:
-finding a new wonderful home that was under priced,
-staging and marketing our home to maximize the selling price, and
-knowing how to work both the price and the terms to gain an edge among the competition.
Lora is super talented in staging a home so that it is very appealing to many people. Lora walked through our home and came up with some things for us to do that would yield the best profit. Lora’s approach to staging, marketing, selling resulting with selling our house in the first weekend, and for much money that we expected. We had 40 groups of people through our home and 10 offers (all over asking price) in the first weekend.
Lora was able to identify how to write the offer terms that would appeal to this particular buyer and “beat out” the other offers. Our market today is highly competitive, and this is an extremely important skill that Lora has working in your favor.
Lora has a team of excellent service providers who help us be successful. For example, great local mortgage lender, inspector, and title company.
With Lora working our deal, and God blessing us, we were able to upgrade in our new home in several ways and only having to put a little bit of money into it.
We upgraded our location, our neighborhood, our view in front and back, obtain a bigger home, move into a one story, decreased the age of our house by 30 years, and be able to enjoy much nicer quality and style. Wow.
I trust her and highly recommend Lora to help you sell or buy your home. I’m very happy with our new home and hope to stay a very long time; if we do move, I’m certain that Lora will help us in an excellent way on our next home. Our realtor, Lora Berkompas, was with us through every step in the process. She made sure everything was taken care of and helped us buy our first house in a very chaotic time! Her knowledge about every aspect of the home-buying process made it a fun and exciting journey. I will definitely use Texas Open Door Realy and Lora Berkompas again in the future!

We loved working with Dan to buy our first home! In the middle of a pandemic, with house prices soaring and our baby due in 2 months, we were incredibly stressed at the prospect of buying a home. But our lease was ending and we needed something permanent. Dan was with us every step of the way, offering excellent advice and helping us navigate this unprecedented market. Thanks to him, our offer was accepted and we were able to close with time to spare before our son was born! Dan’s many years of experience have allowed him to establish great relationships in the community, and every referral he gave us - from the loan company to the guy who pained our new nursery - was a pleasure to work with. I can’t imagine trying to buy a home in Austin without Dan’s expertise. He was honest, responsive, and worked incredibly hard on our behalf. Thanks, Dan, for helping us find our dream home!

After our experience I am convinced Dan Campbell is one of the best realtors in Austin. He helped us with buying and selling our house in a HOT but stressful market. He knew every answer, knew the whole process, and was always patient and generous with his time.
