  Rachel and Shane made our first home purchase a breeze! Everyone talks about how stressful purchasing a home can be. With Rachel and Shane’s help the process was stress free and enjoyable. The hardest part was finding the right home. They made themselves available to see homes after work, on weekends, and even drove us around. They kept us informed and on time with each step of the contract. If we had a question, they gave us straight forward answers. At no time did my wife and I feel that we were being pressured. Rachel and Shane have a heart of a teacher.

  This review is for Erika Figueroa who is a part of KP Elite which is under Revelation Real Estate.
  
  Erika Figueroa is a friendly and outgoing individual but lacks real estate experience. Before hiring her I tried to find reviews on her but after finding no history of her anywhere I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. As a first time home buyer, I found it odd to be able to identify her lack of experience through the entire process. It was obvious she was focused on closing the deal, thus I felt that 80% of the time she was working for the seller. The other 20% was me trying to convince her that what I wanted or requested was reasonable. At the end of the process after signing and having utilities under my name, I didn’t realize I wasn’t supposed to visit the property, and went to check out my new home. Long story short, she called me yelling and threatening me that I was going to be charged with trespassing charges and the cops were coming for me. I found it very unprofessional and very disappointing to be treated in that manner. However, I assume full responsibility of this treatment due to a lack of knowledge on my behalf. Unfortunately, I never received a call from her for a simply apology. Her broker did call me to ensure the sale was still going to take place. Regardless, if you are going to work with Erika, make sure you are comfortable with the purchasing process and also comfortable going though a million barriers to get what you want.

  I have been using West USA Realty Revelation as my property management company for over a year now, and so far, I believe they are doing a great job. Debbie St. Germain, has been my property manager and she has been nothing but awesome. She is very responsive. Understands my issues and goes out of her way to help out. Which is what I need as an out-of-state home owner. I highly recommend using this company for your property management needs.

  I trust West USA Realty Revelation with my income properties. They communicate clearly and my investments are their top priority. They are reliable, quick to respond, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for property management. DEBBIE is my contact, and she does an outstanding job. MICHELLE is great in all aspects of accounting. I have been very impressed with their office.

  We've rented a property managed by West USA for a little over 2.5 years. They really have been a total breeze to work with. We've run into problems, like a fridge that was warm, heater stopped working, leak in a bathroom, and all were addressed super quickly. Each time we've been responded to in less than a day, and usually within a couple hours, and then not long after we get a call from whichever service provider has been assigned and schedule a time that's convenient for us for them to come out. Our specific property manager, Debbie St. Germain, is very nice and always responds to our emails/requests quickly. Really can only say good things about our experience with them!
