This was always my favorite casino in Las Vegas so it hurts to see it in it's current state. It looks like a ghost town walking through it. They apparently can't afford to hire dealers as none of the tables are open. The world famous poker room is gone. The hotel rooms are shuttered. The food is still great. The legendary Benny Binion, who was being laid to rest the first day I was ever in Las Vegas (Xmas 1989), would be spinning in his grave if he could see what's become of his beloved casino.
I wasn't a fan of the machine. I wasn't a fan of the reward points system, either.
Many hotels give you free money to play, or the first $20 loss is on them. At this place, you have to spend $50 and then you get $10 in free play-- Just seemed like an unlucky place, to me--
What was cool about it was the $1 million dollars in cold hard cash that you get to take a photo (free of charge) with. The money is in clear bullet proof glass, but it's still a million bucks!
This location is right on Fremont Street under the Fremont Skyline.
Casino is a little dated but overall it's not bad. The one thing that keeps me coming back is the steak House. Always a good experience and I have been there over 25 times. Great service, great food, treat e drinks, and a very nice setting. I will keep coming back as long as they keep this level of service up!
π π π π° Had a great time! Love the table games and the wife loves the slots! We had a long weekend and it was very fun! We will be coming back as soon as possible! Food is good - rooms are good A+ Recommended for all! π° π π π and we loved being right on the strip next to the action. Easy access and nonstop fun.
Played a walking dead machine to have $15.12 remaining when decided to visit another machine. Played the $15.12 down on a keno machine with a remaining balance of .12 cents.
Placed the .12 cent ticket in another machine with a new balance of $20.
Played the $20 down and the final balance was now .8 cents. You understanding what we experienced throughout our evening?
Something regular Binionβs does and yet not to suspecting to those that Patron this casino. Little here, little there???
Good service new & old games those old games that your still happy to see & play.Good food; fair winning great selection of machines.
My favorite restaurant on the planet. Probably the best prime rib I have ever eaten. I eat at this restaurant at least once a year and look forward to it for a month before my yearly visit.
Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Clean and very well kept property. Exciting environment with the classiness you'd expect from an older and more experienced casino.
Loved the casino!! Comparing to other casinos on the strip it is way smaller but much cozier. Limits at the tables start at 2$ and not at 10 like others. Loved that!!! Staff is also really friendly. Btw parking is free for 24hrs if you are playing at the casino
Binion's offers you a photograph with their encasing of one million dollars. Great souvenir. People super there, especially on our Wednesday visit.
It has a real old Vegas feel to it. Did you know that the WSOP (World Series of Poker) started here.
MUST see the $1 Million pile and get your picture next to it!
One of the great down town spots with a lot of history. Good place to put the car if you have one too, parking is secure and cheep. I think the woodwork is what sells me most on the old west romance I get from this place. I always feel like an old player piano is about to start. The cards shuffle, the bells go off, and I win!
Today is Sunday the 23th of April at 9:00 pm. I want the owner to know what time so he knows who was on staff. Top notch food and service. In conversation it came up that it was our 20th anniversary after the meal the staff surprised us with a desert. Sometimes it's the little things that mean the most, and it meant the world to me and my wife. Thanks again and I hope anyone who is in old town Vegas will stop by and enjoy.
