Great service will get you in the same day in most cases. Great prices. Great staff.some of the nicest, most knowledgable vet staf I have seen. Groomer is also excellent. Obviously nothing is free.but the prices are great.and staff is VERY caring and concerned with your pet. If someone is reading this and trying to decide where to take their petso your self a favor and try this clinic.

My parents have been bringing my dog Sophie here for years. They have taken very good care of her over the years and we couldn't be more thankful!! Appreciate all of the staff and would definitely recommend their services if your are in need. :D

We took our 3 poodles in to have their teeth cleaned & a few decayed loose teeth removed, common in small breeds. We were concerned about our 12 year old dog, but Dr. Darden assured us she would be fine because they monitor the vitals and medicine during surgery. The staff were very friendly, knowledge able and particular, weighing each dog to determine how much medicine was needed to put them under.

This is by far the best clinic that I have taken my pups to. I've been to several vet clinics in the last 6 years of living in Indy, on both the north and south side of this city. Binford Pet Wellness has always been patient and kind with my 2 dogs, a golden and a cavalier. I also take both my dogs there to be groomed, in which I am always very pleased with the way my cavalier is styled. Kristy does an excellent job. Thank you so much.

We take both our dogs to Binford wellness clinic! We all love it there! The staff and vets are very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they really care for the animals the way they treat them. Numerous times they got on the floor to play with my dogs and to love on them. They know them by name and treat them like one of their own. We will continue to take our pets there as they offer the best care. They always call the day after services to check on them to make sure they are OK and haven't had any reactions. They send reminders in the mail and have an accommodating schedule. We wouldn't trust our pets with anyone else!

We LOVE Winford Pet Wellness Clinic and recommend them to friends/coworkers whenever possible!!!
We unfortunately had to put down our 12 year old boxer, Lexi, this last monthPrior to our last visit taking Lexi here we were told of the issues with her health and what to expect in the coming months. As Lexi became more sick, we called that day and spoke to staff that were able to fit us in for a last minute appointment at the end of the day. We felt fully supported and cared for as we worked with the doctors and staff to make this difficult decision to put Lexi down. We knew what was happening, all questions were answered and felt love from EVERY MEMBER of the staff every step of the way, truly making us feel like they are a part of our family and there for our difficult time.
We still take our other boxer to Binford Pet Wellness and will continue to do so. Everyone is kind, willing to explain and extremely helpful! Truly deserving of a 5 STAR RATING!response / report this review -

I took my dog Bear, a very anxiety filled Labrador Retriever, to Binford Pet Wellness Clinic and have personally never had better customer service at any other clinic. From the beginning the receptionists were kind and greeted Bear with affection, even offering him a treat (which immediately calmed him down). The technician answered all of my questions and throughout the process of the appointment updated me on the cost of each item. We saw Dr. Darden, who was gentle with Bear, and expressed genuine affection towards him. Everyone was so kind, including the other customers! I even received a phone call checking up on Bear the next day. Making my next appointment was easy and taken care of quickly, as well as payment. And the price was extremely reasonable for the area. If I could grant this place 10 stars I would! Excellent care!

Excellent service. I have been bringing my cat JD here for a few years. They are straight forward and honest with their prices which is nice to see. Hope might be one of the most helpful ladies ever! She answers all my questions, and remembers me and my cat if I call back for follow up questions.
Oh and another benefit, they are probably the most affordable clinic I have ever used for animals!response / report this review -

Great people, very nice and affordable. Treated my dog great when he was there for injury a well as shots. My dog passed suddenly and these wonderful people even sent us a condolence card. Meant the world to us.

Binford Pet Wellness Clinic is hands down the best animal clinic on the northeast side of town. They are prompt and flexible with appointments. All staff is polite and courteous. Your family pet is treated with the utmost kindness. Kristy is our pet groomer and she is the bomb! Her grooming skills are magnificent and we will never go to anyone but her! Give the clinic a try and you will not be disappointed!!

After doing due diligence and confirming prices of a procedure before scheduling an appointment, we arrived to learn the price was going to actually be $200 more than quoted over the phone. Apparently, the incorrect estimate was due to a new employee, which I understand, but some financial flexibility on the bill I feel was necessary and not given. I do have to say when retrieving our pet the doctor acknowledged the mistake and offered a free exam at a later date. Although I appreciate the acknowledgment, all I feel that insured was that we return after a bad experience. Would have felt more satisfied with a simple $10-20 off the total bill to rectify their mistake. Unfortunately, we will not be returning for the free exam.

We loved our time at Binford wellness clinic. Our puppies name was outside welcoming us for our first time vet visit. All of our questions were answered and the staff were welcoming. We even received a post check up call. We will be taking Benny back and recommending this location to friends and family. Not to mention our friends love Benny's I.D. card given to him at our first visit.
