Came here with my date Freddy after he picked me up from the Amtrack station after seeing my family for Thanksgiving They had pretty good Burgers! And an awesome miss pac man arcade game which I almost ruled ? Questionable. Ha

I know, it's not supposed to be inviting. The service was actually pretty friendly, and the food was quick. The problem was that the buns are huge and overpower a single "cheeseborger". You need the double or triple to taste the patties at all. The fries are crazy hot when you get them, which then dry out once they cool down.

First time going here. Stopped in before a concert at the UC a few blocks away. The place was packed with concert goers and some political fundraiser. The food was ready almost immediately and was a perfect choice before an event.

Very friendly staff. Place is a little odd. Some areas feel like it's a partial storage area. Getting food to go might be best.

The cook recommends the double cheese burger. Once you've got burger in hand add condiments, pickles are there, along with the standard offerings one would put on a burger. They also have hot dogs, Italian beef, and some other selections. There's a fully stocked bar. United Center, formerly Chicago Stadium, is a couple of blocks away.

If you're looking for a good burger.. Do not go here! Pickles are thicker than my burger patty and its tasteless. The bun was massive and dry. We ate in and they have a stuffed dead Goat in corner that is falling apart. Very unappetizing. Beware.

$6 for a double cheese burger is too much when you make me put my own toppings on it. I got to choose between onions and pickles. That's it. All I tasted was bread. The meat is small and thin.

awful. burger thin and small. it was like eating McD's KIDS meal. The cook the slapped the meat on the grill and the meat WAS NOT fresh!!! It had a wax liner as if bought and thawed. YUK! It was dry and no flavor. Oh and everything is 'ala carte.' Not worth it!!

Come here all the time before I go to Bulls game at the United Center. Good fast food, great drinks. Staff is always very nice. Wish the place was a little cleaner, but maybe that's just park of it's appeal.
