The worst italian beef I've had in chicago. I am a chicagoan who works nearby, I went there for lunch today, craving an authentic beef. Nope, it looks like one, but the meat was horrible. I should have returned it, tough meat, that seemed reheated and not cooked a long time like necessary. Still not feeling well in my stomach 5 hours later . Will never go back, many other great options in and around the mart.

Apparently, Billy Goats is a big deal in Chicago. I've heard of the name, but I've never been compelled to stop in until it became a connivence. I eat here often for lunch since it's so close to work. I really like the workers in this building very friendly and they get you in and out. I'll recommend this place.

Awesome service, the managers are just great! Great customer service, Great food, done quickly and done well. Alls that is needed is the alcohol lol! The staff definitely needs some praise and recognition.

Love the Billy Goat double cheezborger and this a nice addition to the Merchandise Mart Food Court! This Billy Goat doesn't have as much character as the other locations, which is understandable since it's inside a food court. BUt it's worth a stop if you find yourself in the Mart during mealtime. They offer breakfast sandwiches, grilled cheese, roast beef in addition to burgers.
