Super impressed:
I took my car there to get a front end alignment. After working on it for a little while they told me they would need some extra parts to get the job done because it was so far out of alignment. I sort of expected this because it was a 1990 car that someone had lowered at some point. They gave me a price of somewhere around $60 for this extra kit that was across town and sent one of their employees to get it after I ok'd the extra charges. They gave me an update on how much time they thought it would take from here. After some time less than their estimate they called me to the front to pay, much to my pleasant surprise they said while the other employee was getting the extra part the first employee kept working on my car and was actually able to correct the issue without the extra parts.They didn't charge me for the parts or any additional labor. I was amazed, they could have overcharged me by I was $60 and I had already Ok'd it, and saved themselves on labor with by just charging me for new parts. Instead they gained a long time customer.
AND Super friendly staff.

Support a local business and get your work done here!! They are the cleanest auto shop I have ever been to. They also give free oil changes for repeat customers with a loyalty card. I've been going here for years and refuse to go anywhere else.

I was in town unfortunately seeing my father in icu at winchester hospital and called these guys and would not go to ANYBODY other than them.. had a little issue with the brand of tire they don't carry often but didn't charge me a dime and made it right!!!! Good to see true blue places I can't thank you all enough! -dennis

I bought a set of 4 new Goodyear tires, everything was fine until the next day. Two tires were flat, my wife and kids were late to school and work, good thing our neighbors gave them a ride. I was already at work when my wife told me what had happened. I called the shop and explained but was told I had to make my own arrangements , I asked if they could pick up the car or send someone to help. They said I the customer had to call a tow truck and get the car to the shop myself. Wow, absolutely unacceptable. I had to take half of the day from work to get the tires fixed!! The burden of proof is on the customer, I will not shop or receive service from this store, and I will gladly share my experience with my friends and family.

I had a problem where an inspector at a big box chain automotive center failed my son's vehicle for rear brakes. Long story short, I knew the brakes weren't bad and the state trooper in charge of inspections agreed. I took the vehicle to Bill and Glenn's for reinspection. The vehicle passed inspection. The service manager asked why it had failed. After I told him, he had his guys take the brakes apart to verify that everything was ok so there would be no questions in my mind that my son's vehicle was safe. Thanks!

These guys are incredibly honest and ethical. I was told by a close competitor during an oil change that my antifreeze was not adequate for the winter weather.
I saw Bill and Glenn's Goodyear location so I checked with them. The competition's advice did not prove to be the case and I went away feeling safe and secure.response / report this review -

I have been a satisfied customer for over 15 years. Never have I had a bad experience at Bill and Glenn's. Anybody looking for a honest, professional and friendly place to have work done on their car should take their car to Bill and Glenn's.

Always received superior service at this shop, we've moved around a lot and this is by far the best auto shop we've ever dealt with. They will go through everything and anything with you and if necessary can make recommendations for other places to check out if they aren't the best for the job (rare). Many people referred us to this shop and it's easy to see why, they consistently go above and beyond and we will go out of our way to go here.

Matt, Jim, and the rest of the team at Bill & Glenn's provide exceptional service, period. All of the techs are knowledgeable and take pride in the work they perform. Matt and Jim are open and honest about what my vehicle needs and usually provide several options to fit my budget. They have been servicing my vehicles for over two years now, I'm very satisfied with their work!
