We broke down at the Emporia exit due to a broken spring hanger which in turn destroyed a tire on our 34 ft.fifth wheel.the road service tech was great and got us bandaged enough to get us to their shop,a mechanic was put on the repair immediately and we were back in the road in less than 2 hours.a very pleasant outcome for a bad breakdown.Thank You very much. Fit my truck in was nearest place in 100miles with the tooling required. Turned it around in under 3 hours. Great mechanic for medium duty diesel truck.

Great service! Traveling from Florida to New York and had car trouble half way there. Mike rescued and towed us quickly, car repair done right away and we were back on the road in no time. Thank you all!

My SUV died for no apparent reason going normal running speeds down the interstate. I was able to coast to the side of the road and after a few minutes start it again and get it to run the few miles on in to O'Berry's.
The guys there were absolutely wonderful to me and my daughter. We're on a massive road trip all by ourselves from Delaware to Florida, up to Alabama, and back to Delaware So I needed to know I could trust my vehicle (which up to this point had never given me a lick of trouble)
They tested it up one side, down the other, let it run, took it for a test drive. Everything they could do to make CERTAIN it was safe.
And it hasn't given us any more trouble at all. They were truly wonderful, made the five year old giggle, pointed out the play area I hadn't seen, were MORE THAN FAIR on the price.

After reading so many wonderful customer reviews with O'Berrys, I called them up to have my car towed to their location from a nearby Service Center(where I was told that he may not be able to even check my vehicle for a week or so). I was ensured by one of the employees at O'Berrys that my car would be looked at that evening, if they were not able to look at it that evening, then would definitely inspect it that next morning. To my disappointment, after calling 24 hours later, I was told that my car has not been checked yet. I then spoke to Bruce, who apologized for the inconvenience and reassured me that they would diagnose my car and they would call me the following day. Long story short, my car was sitting at their shop from April 11 - 17 before they were actually able to give me a diagnosis for my vehicle. I was charged for tow & (1) hour labor; how can an hour's worth of labor take 6 days? I was ensured that I would have to replace my motor. After hearing this news from O'Berrys, I decided to get a 2nd opinion. My car needed a fuel pump, not a new motor that I was "ensured" so at O'Berrys.

Bruce Oberry made me feel comfortable from the time I called him on my cell phone from I-40. He was able to work on my car the next day. He let me look under the car when it was on the lift and showed me the problem areas. His people fixed it in a timely manner. He let me wait in his clean and comfortable building with my dog. He knows cars inside and out but his real specialty is customer service. I would highly recommend this shop to any traveler who needs help.

Those dudes are awesome!!! We called them for roadside assistance after hours, our camper wheel had come off and taken out the other tire. They sent two trucks and two guys who worked late into the night to get us to the point they could tow us in at 3 am. The next day they worked hard to get us back on the road. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The restrooms were clean.They were super friendly, fair and knew their stuff.

If you want your vehicle fixed right this is the place to go to. Everyone is courteous and Bruce explains everything that is being done to your vehicle before they even start working on it. I heard today that they have a guy that does detailing that does a great job. I made an appt. I can't wait to get my Jeep done. They also have towing if you need a tow truck for anything. Because they are so great here I highly recommend calling first for an appointment. They can be very busy at times. In my own opinion I think that their prices are reasonable. Give them a try.
