What a joke, This place is ridiculous! Stop to get a simple tire patched and they said they didn't have anyone to do it until the next day. They don't even deserve the one star. Went to McCarthy Tire in Hagerstown and got it done free of charge. It only took 5 minutes!

I am so disappointed that a female would be targeted as a dumb idiot! I was told I needed approximately $700.00 worth of work on my auto before I would be pass on my annual Pa. inspection. Mind you, PRIOR to this appointment, I had $680.00 worth of repairs in Maryland mechanic shop. I took my car to another auto shop in Pa. and was passed with flying colors, NO problems!! Would this be called a scam job???? Think about it before you go to Bill Bower's auto!!!!

I was almost 9,000 miles into a road trip and dealing with a slow leak in my tire. I called ahead by 20 minutes and they fit me in, fixed the tire, and they recommended against some services that were unnecessary--a pleasant contrast to other mechanics who are always trying to upsell, upsell, upsell! Service was courteous, efficient, and quick.
