i was there for service on my old and i mean old, Schwinn, Le Tour.
Bubba, and his team did a wonderful job.He took the bike for test ride, and fixed the bike like new. its all about customer service.

This is the place to go!! I had always heard bad stuff about this shop but this was the best service i have ever had! I came in and Bubba helped me gladly fix what another shop had messed up on my bike. Very knowledgeable of all types bikes and they will make sure they fix your bike and CORRECTLY! I will always come back to get parts service anything! Thanks again Bike America and also big thanks to Bubba and his awesome customer service and willingness to help!!

I bought a bike here over a year ago to help with some orthopedic issues and rehabilitation of the knee. The staff seemed somewhat knowledgeable. They accommodated me on a second visit when I showed up for a tuning having never been educated they they would want me to leave my bike for 24 hours. I also wasn't educated that I had to use the free inspections at certain intervals. Having missed one I was perturbed i could t use it later. I give them three stars because they don't seem willing to educate thier clients too much. Gotta get them paying for services. Service was ok. Not great.

Taylor is the bomb dot com. She is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Always makes you feel welcome. The bike shop is great, but the reason I go back there is because of her. She knows what's she's doing and is sweet as can be.

I just had my back tire fixed, really nice place. Workers were friendly and calm. Manager/owner introduced every one to me. The work space, shop looked clean. All an all good experince with this location. I'm not sure if it's a large franchise, any way I'll bee going back for my next repair.

Rip off 3 times to fix a tire then questioned my integrity. Dorian and Bill not competent and Dorian VERY RUDE.

Its funny how i wrote a detailed description about my experiences with the thieves at bike America and now its not up as a review anymorehuh?? Well they ripped me off. I was anxious to get my bike fixed because i missed riding. Bike America told me different prices for the same repair every time. Then Didnt even fix the issue after charging me $300. People writing must be friends or something because this store is a horrible gang of crooks.
