This place is unreal. I was going to buy TWO bagel packs for an office and they were going to throw the bagels in BAGS. Oh yeah but hey buddy we can put in a box for $2.50 more each dozen. Considering I️t was already $24 for each dozen (incl cream cheese) that was absurd. False advertising on your price!
Manager/owner was pretty short and rude in his response. Apparently he doesn’t want my business.
Btw I went to Panera and I️t was $16 per bakers dozen (incl cream cheese) and they put in a box.
Big Apple Bagels is losing my business forever as it’s a total disappointmentresponse / report this review -

Came here on a whim and can say I'll probably never go back. To start the guy ringing me up just really could care less about being there and didn't even attempt to fame interest in any of us in line. Now to the food: the lemon coconut muffin was good, but really only tasted like coconut with little to no lemon flavor at all. The lox on garlic, without tomatoes, I ordered my husband came out with everything but onions. When we asked them to remake it they argued that that was how he ordered it (yet I did the ordering). The rest was just as bland and definitely not worth going back to try something else. All in all mediocre, at best, food and sub-par customer service.

I was disappointed in this place. I gave it a second chance today but with the same result. I got the bacon egg and cheese bagel and the bacon was thinner than what you would expect from McDonald's. I think VONS makes better bagels too.

Delcious fresh baked bagels and twists. Tons of variety, cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches or just plain old bagel and cream cheese. Great Coffee and Muffin options too.

When your two times in the process of four days. Each time good customer service. Really fast. The two guys they got work in there are cool. Did I mention the food is delicious. Home run Big Apple Bagels

Everyone has to have a go-to bagel shop. This is mine. Everything is delicious, but I can never resist the traditional lox sandwich. But I usually sneak in a few mini muffins too.

The customer service was good. I ordered a basil bagal with cream cheese and I really liked it I think I would comeback for it. The price is ok. They serve coffee and many cafe styled foods & drinks. I recommend this place.

I mean for a bagel place it's pretty good. Great selection and good bagels but I'm not a fan of the bagel and egg sandwiches or the bacon they use. Great for just a bagel and cream cheese or a muffin though.

I liked it there up untill todayThey got my order wrong and I got less then what I paid for..but thats not what pissed me off. I was already home and wasnt going to spend gas to go all the way back there So I called and the young guy was very rude and insulted me because I let him know my order was wrong and that next time I come in if I could be compensated for it and he insulted me..Ill go get my free item but wont be spending a penny of money at place with terrible customer service.
