I've stayed here 2 times in the last month. The 1st was for 5 days & the 2nd is at this exact moment. There are the 5 (p's) I go by & these are (property, people(word of mouth), price, personnel & privacy. Well all I can say is that I can handle slight tilts in the ratings of property, pricing & the people, but what I won't lean or tilt the ratings for are wannabe HIGH SIDDITY ATTITUDE HAVING DISRESPECTFUL BITCHES(PERSONNEL)&(all up in my BUSINESS, (over stepping their boundaries), not staying in THEIR OWN LANES & stirring up unnecessary conflict & commotion for no reason(MY PRIVACY) persons. SO, get it together people because I know my legal RIGHTS & Harassment & some other Family Ties issues are against the law and those same FAMILY TIES ISSUES, being disrespectful to customers and just overall not doing your duties at work because your to involved in relaying info to your FAMILY member your not suppose to be working with anyways(secretly), I think might be taken(by an owner or employer) as a reason for some employee removals & replacements, some necessary public APOLOGIES & some accommodations for customers who feel its their due because of mistreatment . So shame to say for the time being until further notice, I will have to rate this Establishment 1.5 sad little Stars. SORRY THERE R NO HALF STAR ON HERE 2 TAP, BUT IM SURE U CAN IMAGINE WHAT THAT LOOKS LIKE ..ughhhh!!!!!!!!!

A lot of it was dirty, like tge pillow cases were dirty and then at night i asked for an extra pillow and sheet and they didnt have one until the next day.

Everything is broke or not functional. Wife sat in lobby for 10 minutes to get blankets and a pillow. What they gave us was 2 mattress covers and a tough luck. Stay here at your own risk.

Clean room, AC works, clean bathroom, looks like it got new paint, nice new wood floors and clean, spacious room, better price than other hotels and motels nearby, not a 5 star because the room did not have some of the amenities like no alarm clock, no phone, no hairdryer, no fridge, no microwave, no iron/ironing board, but we got what we pay for. Only negative for me was : no full mirror in room, and I really needed one. Other than that, I'm very happy with the room because room was super clean and that's what I care for the most! So I'll give it a 5 STAR cause it met the expectations for the price!

I made a mistake by trying to save a few bucks and ended up staying at this hotel.
Pro: no carpet (hardwood floor)
Cons: smelled like cigarette smoke even though it says nonsmoking.
No mini fridge.
Very thin walls. (could hear anything and everything)
No breakfast provided.
Very limited parking. You have to park on the street or behind businesses in an alley.
Pool looks not maintained.
They don't have do not disturb signs for the doors, asked an employee not to enter my room but they still went in.
I didn't feel safe and it was just a horrible experience. I will never stay here again.response / report this review -

This place was good for one night but wont be staying here again. The pictures made this place look a lot better. Customers seemed kinda shady and honestly i didnt feel like my car was safe.

This establishment is extremely friendly, clean and well priced. From the manager to the maid everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate your needs. I'd definitely recommend staying here whether it's for a day, a week or a month.

the staff are very accommodating and friendly, location is very accessible to the freeway, shopping and the marina where you could go for your morning walks or just sit and watch the beautiful sunset. the rate is very reasonable too

Dirry, stinky rooms people that work there had us wait 7 days for a fridge and microwave by check out we didnt even receive one.

This is an older motel, but I was impressed with how clean the rooms are. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. They also have security at night. The beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

All you have to do is keep your room clean and you good. This place is very helpful Rosa the manager and the front desk worker along with the housekeepers are amazing. We came to this place when we have nowhere to be because we can't get a an apartment due to bad credit.
As long as u are paid on time and clean, there is no issue.
I appreciate Big 7 Motel and all their staff.
