We were treated wonderfully at this beautiful store! The man who helped us got a recliner from the back and even sat in it for us as we were picking out a chair for my father-in-law to recover in after heart surgery and the salesman was about his build and height! He obliged and helped us load it onto our truck! Great place for people who aren't too good to ask for help if they don't get to you before you are ready. They are very nice, helpful people!

I saw some tables that I LOVED online, and they said that Imperial Furniture could order them for me. They processed everything over the phone and called me when they came in. They were wonderful to work with, and very friendly and helpful.

I went in this store in 7/7/11 around 4pm and absolutely no one even spoke to me. I wanted to purchase a set of cocktail tables. I saw the tables on a manufacturer's website and found that Imperial Furniture sold them. But I walked past 4 people working in the store (at least twice) and not a soul asked if I needed any assistance or even acknowledged me. So I obviously will not be returning and of course will pass the word on to friends not to shop there.
