The first knife they made me was amazing but it took over a year and there was almost no communication. I thought I was scammed. Now they have had 2 blades I sent them from my personal collection for 6 months, and again there's no communication other than they received them. They won't even mail the items back to me so I can try to find someone else to repair them.
