The staff is absolutely wonderful and make you feel like they have a vested interest in your care. Dr. Thomas explains things and wants to make my life better not just medicate the pain.

First visit was great, clean and comfortable office with comfortable chairs.That's important when your in pain.Staff was very friendy and kind like hanging out with friends instead of waiting to see doctor.

I was greeted by the nurses, the staff and the other office members like we were old friends. I was able to take a seat and start filling out paperwork for new patient while they copied all necessary documents. When finished, they walked out to me and returned my drivers license, and insurance card. The doctor was keen on hearing my concerns, and understood what my goals are in regards to pain management. I was given options, and treated like a person, and not a number. Patient for life.

My first visit with Dr. Thomas was a good experience. In a very busy office, I was pleasantly surprised to get into an exam room within 15 minutes of my appointment time. I answered a few questions for his assistant and Dr. Thomas showed up within another 5 minutes. He explained my condition very simply and discussed the treatment he thought would be best and explained the insurance approval process. He took his time, let me ask questions and I felt very comfortable with him. I look forward to starting treatment.
