I was in a lot of pain and luckily found this office. The staff were friendly and squeezed me in on the same day. The dentist was able to get me out of misery and spent the time to educate me on how to improve my oral hygiene. I feel so incredibly fortunate to have been treated by this team. Amazing service.

“I was very impressed with everything beginning with the phone call I made to set up an appointment. Such friendly staff! I love how the girls show you around the office as soon as you walk in, makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing, she did such a great job and without scrapping half the gums out of my mouth! So many places you go to and even the cleanings are uncomfortable but not this place. Everyone was very friendly, honest, and upfront with everything. I will definitely be bringing the rest of my family here with me. Thanks for the great dental experience, doctor and staff!”

The lady who helped me was nice but I went there to get a referral for my wisdom teeth. I was given the referral I needed but they sent me to an oral surgeon on fry road and I even called their office before heading there and they confirmed that I needed to go to Emmy Dental to get proper x rays done.. kind of frustrating that they didn’t tell me this before hand and I’m having to go back and forth to places that should have been done here.

I had an appointment here for 10 AM this morning and when I showed up the door was locked and nobody was inside despite their sign saying they open at 9 AM. After waiting for some time an office assistant shows up and when I told her I had a 10 AM appointment without even checking she said that I didn't. She ended up claiming that maybe I scheduled it for the other location (despite my phone record showing I'd called this location) and called them asking if I had an appointment with them. After some checking and excuses being made the dentist finally shows up, except he can't even do what I was there for. I let him know that my tooth below my crown was exposed and I was there to have it looked at and either repaired or replaced. Even though he doesn't know how to do crowns he said he could take a x-ray. The exposed tooth could clearly be seen without a x-ray and all I needed to know was first what was wrong and from there I would have been fine with proceeding with x-ray, but even had he done a x-ray I'm not sure how someone who wasn't even qualified to take care of the issue would have been able to know what to look for or to tell me what was wrong. Felt like a serious scam to me, where they schedule an appointment telling me that it'll be with the dentist who does crowns then when I show up I apparently don't have an appointment, but they'll be nice enough to still provide me with a service even though that person isn't the least bit qualified. Everyone here is useless from the office staff to the dentists.

The Doctor is professional you can tell her years of experience on how she works; She dedicates her time explaining treatment . The staff deserves recognition for the wonderful treatment, and know what they're doing. Small practice one doctor and two staff ,and mange the office keeping it clean,organized, and the equipment aseptic.
