Love this practice! I was seen with Dr. Price throughout my 5th pregnancy and will go back for future GYN needs.

Not happy. My prescription was not called in after being seen. Called 3 times and left messages on where it was with the nurse. No call back. And no medicine. Disappointed and this was my first visit. I’m in severe pain and no cream. Really really not acceptable.

Staff are great. But whomever is responsible for managing phone calls and messages is not keeping up. I've left messages and they say they check messages at certain times of the day, and I get that but being on hold forever and never getting a call back is unacceptable.

I’ve delivered 2/4 of my babies with this practice and I’m pregnant with #5! I’ve had exceptional care and service with everyone in this office, and I’m forever grateful for the Doctors knowledge and care through my pregnancies and deliveries. Thank you so much Seven Oaks staff for all you do to care for women and their babies during this special time in their lives.

The staff are friendly, and Dr. Cox is through. My issue is with timeliness. I've been seen by the nurse already and that was great, but I've been waiting in the room to be seen by a doctor for almost an hour (I also need to get back to work!). My last appointment I waited for almost 2 hours before being rushed out at the end of my appointment "because they were running behind." Totally understandable that they were running behind, but there was no communication so I felt like they had forgotten about me in the room even after going out several times to remind them that I was waiting. I got maybe five minutes of face time with the doctor. Coming to an OBGYN appointment shouldn't be stressful. I've been very frustrated and have voiced my concern. Hopefully things change.
