Dr Cox has been my OBGYN for 25 years or moreI have had extensive medical issues off and on over these years due to having specific medical conditions. He has done surgery and also given incredible Dr references to help me tremendously navigate this journey with my medicalcondition. He is like family to me. A person I know I can trust. The staff has also been extremely helpful. I am grateful to have found this practice 🙏. Thank you so much.
Okay, so to find this place.. They moved to the gray building across the street from where they used to be. Park in the parking garage, you probably won't see any open spaces until the 4th level. If you try to go to the old building, you will be met with an empty and dark office lol so dont go in there, or the door will lock behind you (or so I'm told)
The new office is on the second floor of the new building that was just built and it is spacious, clean, bright, and beautiful!
If you are looking for someone friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient, trust me, make an appointment to see Morgan Funk. She was incredible. Now I've seen a few people here and I've been to all 3 offices that Seven Oaks has and while I don't have any specific complaints, I will say that I will go out of my way going forward to go to the medical center location even though the parking is annoying simply because the office staff was so friendly and helpful compared to other locations I have been to.
Dr Harle is an amazing surgeon. I had went to see him after being referred to him by my best friend who had nothing but great things to say about him and who had been a patient of his for over 25 years. He really knows what he’s doing he dedicates his life to his work. He listens to your concerns, is caring, and very compassionate with his patients something you can’t find anywhere.
I was in the worst pain and suffered from huge fibroids. When I went to see him I was so upset because I had just been seen by a different doctor who completely ignored my concerns. Dr. Harle immediately ordered an ultrasound and recommended a hysterectomy. I was so nervous because I am a diabetic and also a mother of a 6 year old boy and a 7 year old girl. He and his staff reassured me that everything was going to be fine and that after surgery I would have wished I done it sooner.
He was amazing I remember walking into the hospital that morning with the worst pain ever my legs, back, and stomach hurt tremendously. I couldn’t believe the amount of relief I felt immediately after surgery. I was sore from the procedure but nothing compared to how I felt before I went in to the hospital.
Thank you so much Dr. Harle for being so kind and having the knowledge to perform such a successful procedure. I am forever grateful to you and your staff.
I came to this practice after a negative postpartum experience with my OB of over 7 years and was recommended by 2 friends who had high risk pregnancies. I was hopeful for a new OB home based on their recommendations. First impression, as a new patient, make an appointment months out and expect to be passed off to a PA instead of one of the physicians. Also, the PA I started to build some trust in moved out of state and I was not told until I went to my next appointment. Felt an awful lot like a bait and switch.
Unfortunately, I’ve recently suffered a miscarriage and my experience with this practice has only made things tougher for me. Making my first OB appointment for pregnancy I wasn’t able to see a physician and get an ultrasound until after 8 weeks. Since then, I have yet to see a physician again as I’ve been pushed to see and only offered PA’s. Some sort of continuity of care would’ve been greatly appreciated considering what I’m going through. Call the nurse line and leave a message? They don’t call you back until 4:30pm when the message was left when the office opens at 8:30am. Need a follow up appointment? They’ll attempt to schedule you 3 weeks out. Then when you advocate for a sooner appointment due to your issue, you’ll see a different person and have to explain to them what meds you’ve taken and what step in the process you’ve already been through. It’s like they don’t even read your charts and at this point I’m skeptical how well they’re kept. Make a follow up appointment? Well the office is so busy that you’ll be scheduled an ultrasound at 10am with a follow up with the provider at 11:20. So enjoy your almost 1.5 hour sit with pregnant people at a vulnerable time. Oh and you have to pay for parking at the med center location so sure, leave but pay again when you get back.
My suggestion is if you want a personalized, one on one, thorough, thoughtful experience when you’re having a rough time and vulnerable, look for a different practice. This ain’t it sis. And if the office manager would like to discuss this further or how they intend to make improvements, they can look my name up in the office records and contact me directly.
I've been seeing Dr. Harle for 30 years now and he's an absolutely amazing doctor and person and I've been seeing PA Jeanette for a year now and she's very knowledgeable and helpful. Seven oaks has an amazing group and I can't say enough about them and how comfortable they make you feel. From the time you check in till the time you leave it's a pleasant visit.
