Check-in staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was surprisingly spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom clean and spacious. The climate control unit was very quiet. The only thing we missed was a TV Channel Guide, but the girl at the front desk promptly gave me one upon request and apologized. She said that she would tell the cleaning staff to make sure that each room had one. Our stay here was extremely pleasant. Thank you.

This facility is close to the business I visit. However, I will plan to stay somewhere else for my next visit. I had multiple issues, enough to give up some of the proximity advantage for a more consistent lodging quality.

I understand there is a new owner so there may be improvement opportunity. The bed is adequate and the shower pressure is acceptable, two important things for my traveling needs.

I had originally booked two rooms that were supposed to be adjoining since we had kids with us. Upon arrival, we were told that the best they could do was to give us two rooms next to each other. There was a storage closet / area between the rooms. The room the adults were in smelled like smoke covered by cologne even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. We survived but was not an ideal situation with 4 kids.

Just stopped by to see a friend who was in town, The motel was very clean and quiet. Decorated very elegantly. My friend was very pleased with her room and said the staff was very friendly.

This place is awesome. Staff superior, friendly, andaccommodating. Seriously from calling from the road to make our reservation, (willing to hold a room for us on our name and phone number, to recommending a good place to eat, to having our receipt on our bed when we returned from dinner, my gosh how much better could it get. It makes me want to plan trips this way just so we could stay here. People if this is on your way to wherever you are going, stay here. A special shout out to Jeri Sloan who was the sole reason for this review.

Nice Hotel. Clean, clean room. Pet fee is bit high, over avg pet fees we've paid elsewhere . I'd recommend staying in a room off the main street side, we heard the traffic all night off main street side where our room was. Staff was great, for breakfast they offer the cheap & bad tasting brown & serve sausage , no eggs, no bacon Except for the yukky sausage, the other foods offered was good and area very clean. Will stay again, hope they decide to offer guests eggs in a state with so many chickens!

This hotel is located close to the interstate and not far from most major attractions in the area. I found the hotel to be very clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The mini fridge in our room hummed very loudly, but we got used to the backgrounds nose very quickly. We had a very pleasant stay and I think my only complaint was that the Continental breakfast is served only until 9am. We slept through the time for breakfast and wound up having to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Great hotel and staff. No negatives at all. One of my favorite people at this property is Danielle! She is the breakfast Hostess, and does a phenomenal job. Always friendly and attentive. She welcomes everyone with her beautiful smile. She is constantly moving, freshening items up and restocking everything. She is a great asset to this hotel. I stay here every week and always look forward to breakfast. The whole experience is great at this hotel. Beautiful property with all the amenities. The outdoor pool is gorgeous. A must stay location in Shelbyville Ky.

Was secure (required room card to even enter building). Was quiet and staff were very calm and helpful with directing my family in the direction we needed to go. The room was clean and had everything I expected it too. It had no damage and had all the necessities(towels, coffee maker, refrigerator) Will go again

Friendly staff, decent rooms. Great for overnight stay. Looks like they're doing renovations, so I'm sure it will be nicer. Also pet friendly!
