Older Quality Inn. We were just passing thru Louisville so location close to the I-65 was very convenient albeit a bit noisy. Furniture and plumbing was dated. Desk chair was particularly worn out. However, the bed seemed new and was comfortable. The towels were of good quality as well. Breakfast was standard passable fare for this chain.

The rooms are very nice and the staff very professional. I especially like the jetted tubs. The free breakfast is a full hot breakfast which includes biscuits and gravy and waffles. I will go there again.

Great price for the proximity to Louisville! I greatly enjoyed what came with the room (the Jacuzzi bathtub, free shows on-demand, and even a small kitchen!). Would definitely consider staying here again if I ever come back to the area!

We were very thankful for the hospitality and wonderful accommodations provided to our band. We had a large group and appreciated the organization and ease of our stay. This hotel is clean, well maintained with friendly staff.

The young man at the front desk was extraordinarily nice, courteous and helpful. He even printed out directions and added some information about how to get to Robley Rex VA Hospital. I ordered dinner to be delivered and he offered me a few menus to choose from. He is, by far, the MOST congenial, thoughtful person I have met behind a front desk. I don't know how much money he makes , but Quality In should give him a raise to entice him to keep working at their Inn.

Booked a king whirlpool room months in advance. Got there and was given someone else's 2 queen regular room at the same rate I was paying for whirlpool room because my room "wasn't clean" according to staff. I never saw the room. When we arrived in the room they gave us it stunk badly of cigarette smoke. Went back downstairs and was told no other rooms available. Several other people's room were given away as well.

    Negatives about the place:
    Slower than slow internet.
    Nothing for use in kitchenette.
Water pressure in shower is non-existent.
Stains on all surfaces from ceiling to floor.
    Musty smell throughout.
    Positives about the place:
    No bed bugs.
    Breakfast is edible.

Great hotel for a secret rendezvous get-a-way romantic weekend.
Large rooms, comfy beds huge Jacuzzis' big enough for 2.
    Nice indoor pool also.

Floor was very damp almost wet. Something sticky on the carpet and had to wear my shoes because of the wet floor and sticky substance. Asked for a roll away bed for my son and when we got it, it sunk down so deep he had a hard time getting out of it. Mattress on the roll away bed was extremely old and you could feel all the metal wires underneath it. Couldn't believe they charged me for it in the first place - this should be just a complimentary amenity of the hotel when a guest needs it. Woke up to find a cockroach crawling on the wall. Bathtub was listed as a whirlpool tub and was filthy and broken, not something I would want to bathe in. Paid $170 overall for this hotel because the pictures online and accommodations looked and sounded great. When we got there I couldn't believe I paid to stay there. Halls of hotel smell like cigarette smoke and are humid as well. Breakfast was less than appetizing for a complimentary breakfast- I have stayed in many hotels where there was a complimentary breakfast and this was by far the worst. Not much effort put into this one at all. I partially chose this hotel because of this accommodation. This was a letdown for sure. Really wished I could've gone to a different hotel that night but my family was extremely tired from our 10 hour drive prior to our stay. The hotel staff was very nice and very accommodating so I didn't want to ask for our money back. If not for that I definitely would have because it was for sure not worth what I paid. Would not recommend staying here to anyone.

This is a dirty, smelly hotel with a bad attitude. Didn't honor my existing room reservation when I arrived. Towel in the bathroom had feces on it. The carpet felt damp and it smelled bad. Management is poor. Quality is poor. Breakfast food was bad. The hotel has a bad odor in it. Room was musty and damp and wreaked of old smoke (I reserved a non-smoking room). Do not stay here -- it could make you ill.

Friendly staff, rooms are big and clean, but they're definitely older and could use some updating. Breakfast is not bad, its what you would expect. Overall not bad, if I'm working in Louisville again I'll stay there again.

This is one of a few hotels that still allow smoking in the rooms. Even though I was in a non smoking room I could still smell cigarettes in my room

Was very kind to help when the pool was shocked. Able to get another place nearby. Would book again anyday.

The GM, Claudia, is very professional and customer satisfaction oriented. She goes above and beyond. Clean rooms, excellent customer service. 5 stars from me.

Wish I could give zero stars! Having a little get together for my daughter & her friends for her Birthday! The RUDE lady at the desk saw bringing stuff in on luggage cart! Without speaking she immediately asked what room was I going too! I told her the 3rd floor! She then states that they don't do birthday/pool parties! Phone rings, she answers while on the phone she repeats herself then tell me its her GM on the phone! She says she can refund the money! I asked for a receipt she told me she had to check the room that I didn't even go up too cute she stopped me at the door! #StayFarAway
