My wife and i have stayed here in the past, even using one of the Villas for our wedding. We were disturbed this trip by the front desk rep lack of customer service and somewhat steadfast of not trying to meet our request. This was compounded by the miserable experience at the pool of unattended children. This would be my last visit at the Eden during the Summer Months. I will attempt to stay in the Fall but if its anything like this trip i am writing it off and staying at one of the other hotels in the area since new establishments are in construction now.

This was my first time here for a Retreat weekend with my Sorority Sisters and everything was wonderful !! The rooms , the rssorts amenities, ambience , restaurants and staff was amazing, and very friendly ,
Great location as well to get to others place fir shopping etc

Amazing place for a stay in Lancaster for Dutch Wonderland or Hershey Park. Great place for the kids and adults. Fun for all, onsite food and drinks are good. Just don’t have a room near the lobby if there’s a wedding being held during your stay.

The place is beautiful and immaculate. The staff is nice and the food is good. Shopping is close and there are plenty of other things nearby as well. I'd definitely recommend!

This resort gets five stars from me because it’s absolutely gorgeous, clean, very accommodating and comfortable, polite Staff and. Delicious decadent FOOD!!! Either personal or business you can’t go wrong staying here. Small pool park for children And great lounge area for adults next to pool.

The selection of food and the presentation of all the different food stations was very good and appealing. I tried so many things that I don’t cook on a regular and to sample so many different dishes made me feel like I was in food heaven. Our Fathers Day was a very memorable experience 🥂🥂

My husband and I were married at the Eden in 2015. We love going back for the champagne brunch! Being in the room we were married brings back so many memories. The service and food are always great!

Beautiful place, would recommend if anyone needs an awesome hotel to stay at. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool, exercise room, also they have an video arcade for the kids. Oh, and the buffet was awesome! Also, to walk off that food, just walking to your room is exercise.. lol you can’t go wrong staying here.

This hotel was outstanding and my room (king suite) was wonderful. The Roman shower was right on time. This resort caters to spiritual retreats of which I was in attendance. Thinking of planning a weekend getaway there with my husband. My 1st time there, but definitely not my last.

Very Accomodating! We asked for bars on the bed for my daughter and the brought 2 of them! No charge. They have been texting my wife to make sure our stay is perfect!!

My sorority retreat was this past weekend. The Eden Resort was phenomenal‼️ I coordinate conferences and conventions for my job and I assure my organization will not at your resort. No need for RFP’s..send me the BEO’s now💯 GREAT TIME, Service, food and accommodations. #5star

A group of us had the lunch buffet before attending the show st AMT. Thus is the second time we have done this and enjoyed it each time.

Went for the Sunday Champagne Brunch. Food selection was extensive from pastries, typical breakfast foods, cheese blintzes, several entrees, carving station, soup, salad, fruit, pasta and omelets cooked to order, crab cakes, and THE DESSERT TABLE!! Nice music from live piano player. Food was displayed very artfully. Service was excellent. Will return again.
