3.5 stars. Absolutely amazing day of skiing at Roundtop! For the most part, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and the instructors were wonderful. I absolutely loved skiing the slopes here. However, I really wish I could give this place 4 or 5 stars, but I can't after how I was treated by a few lift operators for the Magic Mountain Lift.
Won't go into the details, but one of the lift operators threatened to kick me out since I didn't present my lift ticket mid-air on the lift. This was despite the fact that there was a girl scanning the tickets prior to entry and I had presented it many times prior as I had ridden the same lift for several hours. You talk about a massive power trip and very odd behavior. These threats turned out to be idle as I told him how I didn't appreciate him harassing/singling out customers and was able to continue skiing for the next 15 minutes to finish the day.
It was good to see that most of the staff members didn't agree with this sort of behavior, so I'll definitely be back. I definitely recommend these slopes and hope to have a better experience next time around.response / report this review -

I like the variety of the trails and the way they are in order form beginner to advanced. Seems to be well maintained. Has always been pretty clean. Nice place for groups, families or singles.

Had a great experience with snow tubing. Staff was very friendly and helpful for the entire family. It made the travel worthwhile.

The courses at ski round top work great, we had a wonderful referee, his name is Nate. He explained all the rules and was it a really good guy. I would absolutely suggest going to this place.

The veiw was amazing. The facility was very clean and up to date. And the employees were very attentive. I would love to go back and enjoy more family time there. Two thumbs up.

Roundtop has always been a great place to go snowboarding and skiing. After years of coming here, it has gotten a little boring for me and my husband, but one of the major perks is being able to use our passes at Whitetail. We still love a snow day at Roundtop though and come every time we are able. The terrain park is pretty nice for more experienced riders, but there are also great trails for people of all skill levels. The classes are pretty good also, and the rental equipment is nicer than some I've seen. Overall, worth it!! And when you're done on the slopes, it's always a good time to stop in at the bar.

Action packed 5 day co-ed residential summer camp for teens. We normally visit during ski season but decided to give the summer camp program a try, my son reports having lots of fun in both organized and as as-hoc outdoor physical activities.

Staff was wonderful! My daughter rode the zip line a ton of times, staff made her feel really welcome! Shannon and Zack and the rest of your team were great. We loved it there👍👍👍

Took my daughter up to Ski roundtop for some tubing. We both had a blast. Price was a little steep but facilities were awesome. Staff was professional and courteous. There was plenty of parking and the food was pretty good too.

Went there for the day with a couple friends and we were greeted with a 2 hour line just for rentals. Apparently the other two resorts in the area were closed so there were thousands of people there making the place incredibly crowded and the lines even longer. Aside from that I had a great experience. The slopes were pretty nice but since it was my first time skiing, I went down a scarce amount of times. 7/10 would ski again

We went to Roundtop this week. It is a fantastic experience. The resort is well equipped, there are several ski track for different level of skiers. The staff member is professional and friendly. Noticing us lack of ski experiences, one instructor even gave us 45 minutes instruction for free. The price is reasonable, they also offer student discount on every Wednesday. And the food of the dinner is also good. I think this is a great place for anyone who wants to go 🎿
