The staff seemed really caring, helpful and profession. The room seemed clean. My friend who started there with me has previously worked for a motel company and checked things out before we got our bags out of the vehicle. The breakfast was good, but there was no fresh fruit and I was told the coffee didn't taste good. Other than thatI have no complaints. Will stay there again in the future!

The overall experience and stay is nice but had to report the house keeper for half cleaning of the room. Not restocking amenities like coffee, ice bag left in bucket not replaced, etctub wasn't properly clean until the 3rd day once we presented a noted complaint to front desk rep. I informed them on the note I believe in giving reviews!
The response was positive and have seen improvement. We are still here and will follow up here again in the event it happens again.response / report this review -

My wife and i decided to start off our honeymoon with a trip to the Might Eight Air Force Museum in Pooler, Ga. Her parents suggested that we stay at this Best Western, as this was the one they had stayed at two years ago. And i could see why they recommended it. We were driving in from New Jersey so we already knew that we would have a late check in. But i called in to give them an update on an estimated time of arrival, and the young lady on the phone was very kind and understanding and thanked me for letting them know and she would let the night manager know. Our room was very spacious, and open. the only negative i will give is the size of the TV to the rest of the room. it felt kind of small if you were trying to watch it from the bed. All and all we would stay here again.

If you are in the Military be prepared to pay more then a AAA member who pays $60.00 dollar membership??? We only put our life's on the line every day for this Country's freedom but have to pay more then a AAA Member????
That is not right.
This is a NATIONWIDE ISSUE. I WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT STAYING AT A BEST WESTERN.
I think they need to change this problem??

Arrival was good. We were greeted immediately and the hotel appeared to be well kept. However, once we arrived to our room, the bathroom was not clean. So much hair from previous guest(s). Eeewwwww
Because it was so late and we were exhausted, we sucked it up, cleaned it ourselves, showered and got some sleep. They may need additional help at check out because the clearly was trying to prepare breakfast and check people out at the same time.response / report this review -

This was a really nice hotel and the staff were very friendly. Check in was quick and the room was super clean. There's a full breakfast in the morning in the lobby area.

Enjoyed the stay at Best Western Plus North Savannah. We always stay at a Best Western Hotel as we know they are clean, comfortable and user friendly. This particular hotel seemed newer, cleaner and featured nicer furniture and more tables for our convenience.

Our room was clean and nicely furnished. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. A/C had a wall controlled thermostat. I received a call from the front desk about 30 minutes after checking in to inquire if we had everything we needed. I appreciated having a sleep timer on the TV remote.

Stopped here while evacuating north from Irma, the employees were kind and helpful, room was your standard room, comfortable but not fancy. Some of the best hotel breakfast I've had in recent memory. I wish I could remember more about the room. Pretty sure there was a mini fridge and of course a coffee maker. I'd stay there again

We have been traveling all day leaving a softball tournament. We were traveling with two other families and arrived at the hotel. The lady at check-in made it easy and quick to get in our rooms. The rooms were very clean. The pool with clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when traveling.

We arrive late around 9pm. I didn't make any reservation and the only option available was a suite. The room was clean. Breakfast was included in the price. I enjoyed it.

I stayed in room 203. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the staff were nice, and it had the best breakfast selection that I have seen in a hotel in a very long time.

Would have given a higher rating but. my husband mistakenly left his coat in closet after our 4 day stay at this property. I called 3 times asking about coat, each time I was told that someone from house keeping would call back. No one has called as of yet. So, I hope whom ever cleaned our room enjoys that coat and by the way the gift card that was in it has been tracked. So, we know who found it and who used the card. We are Diamond Elite rewards members for those who don't know what that means, it means we stay at Best Western ALOT! But, we will not stay at or recommend this property again.
