Staff are very rude and need to be more professional. They need learn how to be nice to guest. Hall ways always smell like cigarettes which is very nasty room and ac are very dirty and need a lot fixing. They need better staffs!!! I will never stay here ever again and I will let family member and friends kno about this place.

Nice, clean, large rooms. Easy in and out from the highway. No onsite restaurant, but there are lots within .5 miles.

Super accommodating. And the fact they allow pets made our stay much easier. We had evacuated from Florida during Irma. The staff was awesome.

Really nice room (stayed in the bedroom suite), beautifully landscaped and the front desk was nice. We're moving, so we have 3 animals with us, and they were really accomodating of them. My only problem was that the room smelled like it was once a smoking room (though the placard said no smoking).

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. They say you get what you pay for but not in this case. I've seen rooms not near as nice as this, for over two hundred dollars. My room cost just a little over a hundred. It was well worth it. Staff was extremely nice and the rooms were clean. You have a full kitchen, a couch, a recliner, two televisions and a bed in a separate room. I highly suggest to stay at the Candlewood Suites in Savannah Georgia.

Clean and comfortable! Best night's rest I've ever had at a hotel! My son and I liked the complimentary shuttle service and the staff is friendly and professional. We'll definitely stay there again in the future.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in both in GA. and MD. MY only complaint bathroom tile in a handicap room was very slippery. I fell coming out of the shower. The tub was higher then I expected stepped out lost my balance,stepped off towel on to the tile floor and down I went. I'm OK but sore. Over all great room. Plus our shower didnt have a shower curtain. I called the front desk and
it was12:30 am. Andres came right up very cheerful and helpful.she put one up for me. We told her we could do it. But she insisted she do it. How sweet she was, and cheerful too. We will map our trips to stay again in these 2 hotels when we travel north again. Thank you Candlewood. Great place.response / report this review -

20 minutes from Savannah sits this very lovely and quaint hotel. Service was quick and efficient, and I have no major complaints. One minor issue (which was quickly remedied) was that there was only one roll of toilet paper. When you're sharing a room with four other people, it can easily turn into a game of Russian roulette. If you're sharing a room with more than one person, make sure to avoid such a dangerous game by asking for MAYBE an extra roll or two. Overall, it was a great stay, definitely worth the price!

Staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was well kept and comfortable. It is located 15-20 minutes from downtown Savannah and worth every penny. It is close to outlet stores and restaurants while being down the block from the airport. This is a great choice for a more affordable visit to Savannah.
