Suites have comfortable beds, nice decor - public areas are older style, elevator, metal doors, wired-interior glass windows on hallway. Breakfast was o.k. but very crowded area with little space between tables. Only one restaurant nearby - but very good choice if you like local brewery and pub food - Nexus, featured on Food Network's "Diners, Dives and Drive-ins".

Right off freeway, you can hear freeway from rooms, not bad. Large clean rooms. Free breakfast, not bad. Wifi fast. Pool clean, hot tub works. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to brew pub.

The lobby of this Best Western was impressive and although we didn't get to use the pool because we got there so late, it was a pretty pool. We stayed in a queen suite which was very roomy. The beds were so comfortable, I didn't want to get out. It was the best night's sleep I had in a week!

Get place to stay no issues whatsoever. Great breakfast and very clean place throughout the entire hotel. The only complaint was that the hallway going towards our room smelled different not in a bad way just different. I would say other than. That it was great.

Hotel has been remodeled and is very nice. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. And all this for around 100 bucks is a great deal!! Will definitely stay again if I'm ever in town.

Great Place. Easy to get to it on and off the highway, and once in the room I didn't hear the traffic.
The pool is one of the largest I have seen in a hotel this size

This place is a standard Best Western motel with the usual layout and rooms. At this point it has two things going against it. First they are doing a major remodel of the reception area which increases noise and dirt in the hotel. Second they are on a very small Side Road with only one way out onto a busy Street it has no traffic control. You can wait for ever for a a break in the traffic to safely turn left. Even turning right is dangerous during rush hour . Not what I would call a great location for a motel.

Stay was great. Accommodated my family perfectly. Breakfast was good; remodeling the lobby but, still accommodated everything really well. Clean, quiet and staff was awesome. Will stay again in the future.

Fantastic and helpful staff. There was complementary coffee, cookies, and water. All areas were clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious compared to several other hotels we have stayed at. We appreciated the double queen beds instead of full. There was a living area with its individual tv, fridge, microwave, and desk. We highly recommend this hotel and think it is a great value. We will look for Best Western Plus hotels in the future.

I loved my stay here! I will be back if I ever find myself in Albuquerque! My husband and I had a king suite with a whirlpool tub! It was awesome. I've certainly paid more for less and quite impressed. The tub was HUGE. I'm tall so it was perfect! Breakfast was awesome and staff all had big bright smiles to greet you. The area just felt safe! Cameras on the parking lot! Great job!

It is in a good location; right off the highway and by a gas station. There is a lot of space in the room. The beds are comfortable. The pool is very spacious but also very cold. The staff was pretty accommodating. The laundry was wonderful but I was not able to track down any staff or signs to tell me where it was.

Had a few problems that impacted our stay. They double charged me, I had to speak with several managers to get the charges reversed. Our first room had a broken pullout bed, so we had to move rooms just as we were trying to get the kids to bed. There slare several people that hang out near the entrance to the hotel, that put off a bad vibe. The pool was nice and clean, could use better lighting, and be slightly warmer. The fitness center was better than expected. The rooms have strange windows into the Hall, but the rooms aren't bad.
