I haven't stayed at a Best Western in many years and I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The staff were friendly and my room was clean. The bed was perfect which resulted in a much needed good night of sleep. The restaurant was awesome. I'll stay here again.

A great hotel in Burlington, close to the highway, shopping and Elon University. The included breakfast offers a lot of variety for everyone. The walls were a little thin, but we will definitely stay here again - just bringing earplugs! The outdoor patio area overlooking the pool was nice. It was too cold to enjoy it when we were there, but is covered with a lot of tables. It is an older hotel, but they are making effort to update it.

We stay here several times a year and love this place! The rates are great and more importantly the staff is always friendly and helpful! They also have an impressive breakfast buffet and the coffee is great! Joyce and Calvin are awesome!

Terrific find in Burlington, NC, we were pleasantly surprised on arrival. very few BW's are of this standard. Eden Resort in Lancaster, PA and this hotel we love. Everything you need is available without leaving the property. I wish this would be the new standard for Best Western. My review contained more 10;s than ever before. All I can say is OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Exceptional customer service!! The hot breakfast was a plus! Rooms were nice and clean. We was in town that weekend (2 nights) from WNC for a wedding in Raleigh and a concert in Greensboro and we chose Burlington area since it was in-between the cities. The location is easy to find, right off I-40 and across from Walmart with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. They have a restaurant on-site, which I heard was great but the only time during our stay that we would of been able to visit was on Sunday when it was closed. I gave 5 stars for everything listed above which outweighs the bad but I'd want an honest review so the cons would be that it seems to be pretty out-dated, at least in our room and the biggest complaint would be there walls seemed extremely thin! I don't know if the people next to us was fighting or what but it went well past 1-2AM and we couldn't turn our TV volume up high enough to mask the sound as the TV had s volume cap and wouldn't go up to it's full volume. Then again, I didn't call the front desk as I'm sure they would of called our neighboring room for us to try and resolve the issue. The price was also pretty high in my opinion. Overall it worked perfectly for us with the location and only being 2 nights.

Great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Awesome and huge courtyard area with many tables to choose from if you want to have a family or friends get together. Great free breakfast with your stay. Large outdoor pool. Many restaurants nearby.

If you are visiting the Burlington area this is the best place to go hands down! The price is just right and if you are a military veteran it’s even better! I was there for five days during my wait period for my apartment to become available. At the front desk Taylor and Juandrell both were very helpful and professional assisting me in every way possible! I had a 1000 questions and they were ready to assist me with a 1001 answers with a smile! The cleaning staff lead my Wilma went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed for my room and was very patient and nice to me! I really appreciated their patients due to me extending my stay at the last minute several times! BTW whoever was the lady who prepared the breakfast is awesome! The free breakfast tasted good and it was more than enough variety for whatever food you were looking for (to include vegan) There is also an awesome bar attached to the hotel that food could contest any steak, sub or wing spot in the area! I forgot to mention the pool area and outside areas, wow! This hotel is highly recommended and I would NOT stay anywhere else! What a awesome, friendly well trained staff!

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good with some healthy options. The best part was the outdoor seating area. It was even better at night. The gym could use a little upgrade but happy that they even had a gym. Definitely would stay here again

Stayed here many times due to reasonable cost and breakfast included. Courtyard, pool, staff and breakfast were great. 584 restaurant maybe the best restaurant in Burlington. Rooms smell a bit like smoke or maybe musty. Rooms getting a bit dated. There are nicer hotels in immediate area if you can get them for comparable price.
