Best staff I've ever experienced in a hotel. The hotel could use some updates. Breakfast is 5 star.

Run down and definite odor in the rooms.
Scaffolding is holding up the balcony and the first room we were given had the door nearly blocked by the scaffolding.
The rooms smell of mold and mildew. AC vents had mold on the vents. Shower was not clean had hair stuck to the shower wall
Bedding had stains not sure if they had been cleaned
Once we were there housekeeping did come by and give the room a thourough cleaning but mold smellncame back quickly
Breakfast at the grill was very good
And location if you are visiting the area is great.

If I could give this 0 stars I so would, my mother was part of a protected domestic violence victim and the state paid for a 2 week stay here and at the end of one week they knocked on the door and told us to leave and changed our checkout date, my mother paid for one more night so we had somewhere to stay because we're homeless, it is now June 14th and I went to Walmart to get some food because we have nothing to eat, I went to pay with her card and it was declined and I called her card and it said we were broke and the most recent transaction was the Ramada Inn on June 12th and we haven't stayed there for a week, so they still have her card on file which is illegal and the guy at the front desk said uhhhh I'm sorry I can't do nothing for youbye. we called corporate and they said the same thing. This is a very shady place to stay.

We decided to visit this restaurant 40 West Grille & Bar (which is attached to The Ramada) for our Easter Dinner, even though we knew it would be crowded. All of the staff were efficient and very pleasant, which made for an enjoyable meal. Also, there was plenty of seating available. The buffet was very good. Lots of choices fish, chicken, spaghetti, ham and more. Lots of sides and a salad bar as well. Several dessert choices and very good tea. The meal including the drink was about $11.95 per person. I think they offer this buffet every Sunday, maybe other times as well but I'm not sure. I would recommend this buffet to family and friends.

This place is absolutely amazing, the rooms are very clean. Beds are really comfortable, Nice 40+ inch flat screen in your room. The people are really nice and very respectful, the complimentary breakfast buffet is perfect they have everything you could want for breakfast. All around this place was perfect for me, will definitely be coming back to stay.
