I'm very dissappointed by the general disrepair of the facility itself both externally and inside the room (there's massive construction being done as of 9/27/2017 with lots of gray dust, repair tape, and blocking ones ability to pull up to the front of the roundabout and unload your suitcases), but more so by the poor customer service, and the confusion on behalf of the staff. They often told me one thing and then later changed the story concerning my stay. I'm not familiar with other options in the area so I can't say for sure, but definitely look elsewhere before you book the Mebane Hampton Inn.

We had a rough trip, truck broke down pulling a UHAUL from WV to NC. We were tired and dirty from fixing the truck on the side of the highway. The lady at the front desk on the night of Aug 19, was so kind! The lady at the front desk on the morning of Aug 20 was also so kind. Even the lady that was taking care of the breakfast was very nice. The hotel was under construction but was super clean and very nice. Room were very clean, bed comfy and showers hot. It was quiet. We definitely recommend!! Thank You so much

Great place but during the remodel it's a bit noisy. I would give it 5 stars if they did not wake me up. I'm sure it will be worth 5 stars when they Finnish the construction

Loved it here.Excellent in checking in and out with awesome front desk service from Sir Samad ,and wonderfull breakfast with great selection to choose from . Ty .so much have a blessed day in Jesus 😁

Overall quality experience from the room to the breakfast. However, the pull-out sofa bed was the worst thing I have ever lay across with its poking springs and inability to support more than a paperclip without compressing the hard metal.

This hotel meets all expectations for a Hampton. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the pool was dirty so I did not enjoy it. Otherwise a good stay.

Wonderful hotel to stay at. EXTREMELY friendly and helpful staff. The person at the front desk was willing to go out of her way to help me with an issue. Really appreciate the friendliness of the staff!
