Very nice hotel. Very reasonably price. Near everything without the loud traffic being bothered. The staff is hands down awesome and helpful. Rooms very comfy and clean. My family had an awesome time here.

Seems to be a newer property. Smells lovely as you walk into the door. They have fresh baked cookies and fruit infused water for guests. There was a pipe that had burst when we first arrived and as frustrating as it sounds that had it fixed as quickly as they could. So, we weren't without water for more than an hour. They had a pretty decent continental breakfast and the staff was always friendly. As for the rooms, no complaint there. I had a room with two queen size beds. Nice spacious bathroom. There was a microwave, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker. I would happily stay at this hotel again.

This is an excellent hotel. We had a spacious room. Convenient to downtown Columbus. The staff is excellent and customer oriented. Will stay here again.

One of the best hotel experiences I have had in years. Went to Columbus GA for my son's graduation from the Army, so we (my husband and myself) were tired from the long car trip from VA. The staff was AMAZING, the property was pretty and smelled wonderful, it was whatever they were mopping with or the air freshener they used but it smelled super good. The room was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. If I ever have to go back to Columbus, GA I would book my room with Best Western Plus Columbus/Ft. Benning again. = )

We only stayed one night, but everything was fine. Room was clean and had recently been remodeled. We were told the entire hotel recently had gone through renovations. The only 2 "negative" comments would be i thought the price was a bit steep considering other comparable hotels we've stayed at, but justified it because of the recent remodeling. The one thing that struck me as odd about the "renovations" was it seemed they cut a few corners on "big" things -- like our beds seemed to be old springs creaked and sagged. And the bathroom door would not close all the way without a nice shove. But overall, the room was clean and quiet.

Very satisfied with property. Good location. Clean, nice decor. Hallways were very warm but air in rooms great. Would recommend and return. Great value.

Our air went out in our house so we had to find a quick and cheap hotel for the night. This location was perfect. Our daughter got to swim a little and we had lots of cold air in our room!
Downside: TV did not work and the water in the shower took forever to heat up.
Plus: Staff was very friendly and helpful, hallways are well lit, breakfast had lots of options,.response / report this review -

I enjoyed my stay at Best Western the hotel and facilities are well kept, clean and beautiful. The staff have great hospitality and are very polite. The pool temperature was comfortable, and the business area and free wifi was convenient. I didn't eat breakfast here, because we went out, but many did. Overall I had a great stay. I would stay here again. Victoria

This a new hotel for me I am use to the other one on Macon Road, but what a wonderful surprise it is a beautiful upgrade from the previous one plus you don't hear the noise from the interstate. I will always stay at this hotel when I visit Columbus. Keep up the good work. I absolutely love the décor.

Staff is very nice. The hotel is beautiful. I love the room so spacious. I used the event room for a party. The space is very reasonable, great for every event. Thank you Best Western for helping my great aunt 83rd birthday a day she will never forget. Many Blessings!

My initial draw to this hotel was the price. I was able to get a rate online for a bit less than the hotel's walk-in price. However, upon arriving the clerk could not pull my reservation. After waiting 30 minutes she started a new reservation and honored the online price. (I called the 800 number and was told there was a problem site wide. It was at the hotel's discretion whether or not to honor the stay and refund if I was double billed.) The clerk was extremely courteous throughout. There was rap music blaring in the lobby area (until around 9:15 pm), though presumably it was from a party being held in the hotel's conference room located at the front of the lobby. The room was nice and had the essentials. Pillows and beds were soft and comfortable. However, the phone did not work the entire stay and the bathtub flooded into the hallway. The staff was notified, though no adjustments were made to the room rate or any further aid for the inconvenience. This was a bit of a hazard for us, especially with two older guests. Outside of these things, the hotel is very nice. There may be a need for additional staffing or other arrangements just to keep the place in nice and clean condition. There was a bit of trash strewn through the parking lot (broken glass bottles as well) and soda spilled into the elevators. Some minor changes could ensure this hotel receives higher ratings.

Everything was perfect. The night auditor Ms. Debra was so nice and very helpful and friendly. My card decline because of suspicious activity, she was like they blocked it because you out of town. When I call Wells Fargo she was right. She was patient while I took the block off my card. And she explain to me where everything was located. Breakfast was good. Keep up the excellent work. It makes me feel good with Excellent service.

The staff was very nice and made sure our room was comfortable after we got in it. The beds were great. Everything looked clean and cared for. The shower was hot and clean! The breakfast was okay, that could have been better but we ate it instead of going out to eat. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I was in the area!
