We were and are quite pleased with this hotel. They allow dogs which is great because with Hurricane Matthew I couldn't leave them home. They have been very accommodating about our requests. We will definitely be staying here again

My husband and I traveled to Columbus for the first time to see our son graduate from Boot Camp at Ft. Benning and we stayed at Best Western and we were so satisfied with our stay. The staff is so happy and helpful all the time and always cleaning. The breakfast was good and our room was clean. Thank you Columbus for your hospitality and May God Bless you all!!!!!!!

The room was clean enough, spacious and had a nice vanity area with a separate toilet and shower area. My only critiques are that the room wasn't lit very well and some signs of age and wear were visible in the bathroom and on the ceiling. Their waffles at breakfast were phenomenal.

I was absolutely blown away by this property! It is so clean, and the staff is professional and very courteous! Tequila (housekeeping services) is such a great asset to Best Western in Columbus.
It was so great walking in and seeing a 100% health rating for their food service area!!!!
I will definitely stay at this property every time I go to Columbus!response / report this review -

My family stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay! The office staff & house keeping were all so kind and helpful! My kids had a blast at the pool and loved their breakfast each morning! If we return to Columbus, we will stay here again!
