I cannot give this place a lower ranking, because there isn't a 0 star listed. We stay at Extended Stay frequently, and this was the worst so far.

The stay was just alright. I will think long and hard about staying again. They charge for cleaning the rooms, you have to take your own trash out, and they only give you two bath clothes per room even if you six people to a room, so two people have to take a shower and then you have to turn in the two bath clothes and towels into the front desk before someone else can take a shower. This place is not normal.

From the first smile of your front desk employee,Cynthia, to her final smile this was the perfect stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are all very positive, helpful and aim to please. The sign that welcomes you on arrival embodies their attitude of outstanding guest service:

Broken air conditioner for several months, unacceptable in the south. Hotel hallways smell like dirty diapers. No maintenance person, had to plunge my own toilet. Front desk personnel has terrible attitude. Everytime I call front desk with a question about WiFi password or anything else I just get attitude like I'm seriously inconveniencing them. Avoid this place!

My aunt brought us here and I got the 3 chicken tender plate with tots and a biscuit. So delicious. Our server, the lady with the semicolon tattoo next to her ear, was super nice and helpful. Really good food and eccentric atmosphere.
