People who work here were pretty nice. Beds were soft. I slept right through the night. Pool was a little yucky tho and felt like the ocean. Could be a better bathroom hook for towels. It took a while for hot water to come thru the shower. I gave you at 4 star because of your kindess and because of the beds. Thank you for offering to take us to a different room that had actual hot water.

Stayed 3 nights. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great - they have waffles! The room could use some maintenance, but for the price this hotel was great!!

They are undergoing serious remodel. Upon walking in, heavy industrial smell of adhesive/paint/etc. Front desk was nice. Lobby was cluttered with work items. Stairs weren't useable. Elevator was nice. Was put on second floor directly over the vending on first floor and their was a loud hum the entire time, worse in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder was missing screws and Everytime about came out of it's space. Bed was okay, on the left side, right side was not comfortable. TV, fridge, and room size overall was nice. For as much rennovations as they were doing, they should have closed to finish them. Just my opinion.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Issues included a broken shower rod and remote control, and internet that was extremely slow both nights I stayed, making it impossible to connect for work I needed to submit. The little things make a world of difference!

We arrived around 530am( Louisiana time) and the receptionist Laketha Jackson was more than nice she was downright wonderful. We were starving she offered us a complimentary breakfast early . We ate potatoes, eggs and sausages , plus they had so much more to choose from. It was just what we needed She had worked a double shift and was still able to show us a beautiful smile 😍. Since we have been here , everyone has been so awesome.
I only have two complaints. (+_+)(+_+). I do my work at night so I sleep all day , they are renovating and the noise was overbearing , I barely got any sleep, the noise was like a plane on lift off. When I needed to work at night the internet was extremely slow, I had to go somewhere else to work. But the kindness from the staff made up for it.
A HUGE PLUS The hotel is close to everything, malls, eateries and places to shop . I recommend it to everyone. Nice and clean , the beds were comfortable .

Very good location if you are wanting to stay near Fort Benning. High quality and inviting guest service. Decent breakfast as well. Will recommend to my friends!

Front desk personnel, room attendants and breakfast employees were great ! Our room was comfortable. Morning breakfasts were a wonderful way to start the day. During our stay, renovations were happening that we were not made aware of when booking the room. Indoor pool was closed. Uber drivers readily available if you don't have a car. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

My family and I have stayed at this location for the past 6 years for our yearly conference .

On my first night, I called the front desk to request a wake up call the next morning but I did not receive that call.

My family and I always leave a note along with a tip for the person that cleans our room. On Saturday morning before leaving the room, we left the tip and a note; however, to our surprise upon our return that evening, a do not disturb sign was placed on our door, our room was not cleaned - trash cans full, beds not made, dirty towels, etc. - but the tip was gone along with the note. I was utterly disgusted.

I had to check all of my luggage to make sure that nothing was missing.

Needless to say this will be our last stay at this location.

Also, they were renovating the rooms and I asked for a new room at check in but I was told that the price I paid did not qualify for a renovated room.

It was a okay stay. Looks like they were remodeling when we stayed. We got to our room and it looked like they didn't pick up a few things prior to our arrival (empty water bottle on the ground and pillow and bed not really made). We got into another room and it was perfect.

Old feel too the place. Loud noisy end where the generator is located. Gym only has cardio equipment. Pool nice and heated will no life guard. Pictures online show jacuzzi but there is not one there. Free breakfast was the highlight. The biscuits and gravy was delicious. Probably will not stay here again.
