Lovely hotel in Lake George. Mini fridge, pool, hot tub and breakfast all great. Room service was quick and delicious.

The room needed a paint job. The carpet in the hallway was a dark mud color. It looked dirty even though it was clear. It felt a little dated but the room was very clean and cozy. I loved the little indoor pool and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't over chlorinated. The breakfast was great. Loved the scrambled eggs. I wished there were hard boiled eggs. Waffle iron seemed a little too hot. Waffles cane out a little darker than expected. Right next to Goonie golf!

This is one of the best motels we have stayed at in all of our travels. Which have been many over the years. Staff helpful, friendly above and beyond. Cleanliness superb . Breakfast great. So much from which to chose.

The Best Western of Lake George was a good choice. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very helpful. There is a pool, hot tub and alot of little extra things that make it a very nice place to stay. The continental breakfast was the best we ever had. That breakfast alone exceeded our expectations. We also learned that the Best Western is affiliated/ linked with Ft William Henry Hotel. As a guest of the Best Western you can park and utilize the washer/dryer and pool at the Ft. William Henry. Parking at the Ft William Henry alone was great because we were right in Lake George Village. All the little extra things offered by the Best Western make it for a really nice stay every time we stay there. Keep in mind that the Best Western is a chain and adheres to higher standards than what you might find at other hotels. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying here.

Convenient location, competitive rates. This motel was very clean in all the areas I visited. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and everything worked as it was supposed to work. the stay was very courteous and helpful!

Great hotel in the Lake George area. Staff was friendly and helpful with advice on what to see and do. Room decor perhaps a little outdated but nice and clean. Lots of coffee and bathroom amenities available for our one night stay. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. A well maintained hotel, nice pools and common areas.

Overall good experience. Minor issue with shower temp control resulted in move to another room. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Food was warm and fresh and there were many items to choose from. WiFi access was awesome. I would stay at this hotel again. This place has both an indoor and outdoor pool. Very nice, and close to attractions.

Perfect property for our family getaway! Adjacent to the highway, mini golf, and trolley route and just minutes from outlets and village (with free parking at sister property), we could enjoy attractions as well as the quiet location. The room was comfortable and we were able to store restaurant leftovers in the refrigerator and reheat them in the lobby microwave. Pools and property are well maintained. Breakfast included cereals, pastries, muffins, tast/English muffins, apples and bananas, eggs, sausage, make-your-own-waffles, coffee and juice. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate was available in the lobby. The kids loved the shaded picnic area and room to run on the lawn. We look forward to returning!

So spent three nights here. Due to MY error I booked a smaller room than what was needed for my family. The staff at the front desk was quick to find a solution that worked out great for my family. It was much appreciated. The hotel holds it's own. The pools are clean. The rooms are also clean and everything was in working order. I find the location works out great as you are close enough to everything but not right in the middle of it all which provides for quiet downtime when needed. I also like being close to the highway as it provides easy access to the surrounding area and places like Saratoga and Six Flags Great Escape. No issues, all good, price was right and will stay again. Peace ☮️

Really great place to have a nice time and get in touch with nature. One of the best things that is worth doing is hiking on mountains. Once you've reached the top, you will be spellbound by how amazing the view is.

Stayed last weekend 3/11 - 3/11/2017. We left work at 6am from Jersey City NJ and drove up for a couple weekend. We arrived at about 10:30 am They let us into the room early with out hesitation offered us coffee hot chocolate water while checking in. (It was 3 degrees!) We went off to the Adirondack Brewery's Barrel fest had a blast. The next day the Breakfast was delicious and the dinning room was kept excellent and spotless. They directed us around the village for the maple syrup farms. Everyone was so sweet couldn't do enough for us, the room was clean. They are going through a bit of sprucing up construction, but none of it was in our way at all. If you are looking for hotel to sit in your room and hang then this is not the one. But if you need a Hotel to lay your head, with a staff that is wonderful, a clean pool nice hot tub good breakfast. Then this is the one for you.

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is average but the staff is exceptional. Only stayed one night for a weekend ski trip at West Mountain. If you're just looking for a place to rest, this is definitely a great spot.

The staff at this hotel were all friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub area needed some renovating but overall was clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was very good, a wide variety of hot and cold options. My only complaint was the very very uncomfortable bed. Our family of 4 had the room with the two double beds and they were entirely too soft and not conducive to sleeping.
