We stayed in the second floor. Very nice. We kept and clean, great breakfast and lots of space. Parking lot was a little fill in evenings, but many workers are here. Great place

Very clean and well designed room. Shower was excellent. Balcony was a very welcome surprise - overlooked a small lake and the pool area. For the price, convenience and overall quality I would recommend this hotel to anyone. A pleasant, uneventful stay - just what I wanted.

This Hotel is amazing.we huddled down here during hurricane Irma..was quiet and safe. Our sweet dog was allowed to be with usI took my parents who are in their 80's there and we all were safe

One horror story after another involving extremely rude front desk personnel I finally arrived at a friendly face. Ken was more helpful and accommodating than all seven places I was previously at. All that aside, the hotel itself is comfortable and clean. For the price the hotel has many ammenaties and is very spacious. I would highly recommend staying there.

I had a very satisfactory stay at best western in Naples FL. My concierge service was able to find the hotel while I was trying to stop for some rest. the personal was very nice and helpful. the appearance, the cleanness were over my expectations. Very satisfied with the experience .

During the middle of my stay I had to relocate my room due to the shower not functioning properly in my room. . The shower head would not stay up and water was squirting out everywhere. Then after we relocated to a new room due to the shower head being broken our new room was infested with very large cockroaches. We sat all of our luggage on the dresser and kept all of the lights on due to the bugs. I probably was going to stay an extra day beyond what I'd originally planned; however after the shower incident and then the huge cock roaches I was in a hurry to check out first thing in the morning. I didn't get a wink of sleep worrying about if roaches would crawl on me. The only thing I will say is that the employees, particularly Nay and Logan were very apologetic and helpful, once I alerted them to the situation. They didn't argue with me or give me a hard time about the issues they did give me a good discount, which was absolutely well deserved by my husband and I. I 'd never had such a horrible stay at any hotel. I'd been here about 2 years ago and it was great, which is why I came back, but next time I will need to try a different hotel. Roaches are NOT acceptable. It was very disappointing this stay, never again.

The hotel is big and very attractive with a great outdoor pool that the children will adore.
There are a few items that prevented me from giving 5 stars.
During the night you would find that you would both (if two persons) would sink to the middle of the bed.
Our bathtub drain let the water out when it was closed (had to lay a washcloth over it).
The breakfast was hot and decent except that if you stayed more than one or two nights you get tired or the same things. It needs to be rotated daily with different items.response / report this review -

Checked in on Thursday, out on Monday.
The room was great- everything was clean, everything was working. I used the iron, fridge, microwave, TV, in-room internet (which was fast and included), and of course the bathroom facilities.
I did not use the in-room coffee maker since there was always a pot on in the lobby.
Very easy access from US 75.
Breakfast was swell. Waffles, an egg dish, as well as the other usual fare.
Front desk staff helped out with local restaurant and shopping suggestions.
The hotel was busy, but not noisy or crowded.response / report this review -

It was a great place to stay. My children enjoy their breakfast selection. The only issue we had was the first room we were in the AC was not working, but they changed us really quick to a bigger room! Very please with this place. Close to the places we wanted to visit.

Nice hotel, upgrades, good location, fast internet. Clean upgraded rooms, comfy beds and love the pillows. Good breakfast selection and staff that keeps everything stocked. Front desk personnel were all professional and polite. Manager Greg Kong was very nice at check out! I left with the feeling I'll make this a regular stop!
