Absolutely awful, dirty room moldy smell in hallway where there is a dehumidifier running trying to cover up the issue. The room next to ours had a couple screaming and fighting until 5 in the morning. Front desk did nothing but offer a 20% discount would not evict the guest or move our room. Very disappointing.

We stopped here on our way home from Florida,great shopping mall across the road.easy. Acces off of I 75.
Check in was seamless, very professional, friendly , courteous.
The rooms are immaculate, beds new. And. Comfortable. Staff are friendly, the lady in the breakfast area. Is a credit to the organization, and to herself , could not do enough for us . Excellent. Breakfast. Hot buffet , and lots of choices , yogurt, fruit , cereals. Eggs , bacon, pancakes , and. Waffles. All nicely presented.
The breakfast area was spotless.
We will definitely return , make this place a must stop on you trip to the warm south this winter.response / report this review -

The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Location is clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered eggs, yogurt and a variety of bread/cereal items, but surprisingly no meat. Being gluten-free, I would have appreciated some sausage or bacon with my eggs, but managed. All considered, I would stay here again when in the area.

It was just an Interstate motel to sleep in for one night. Room was oddly arranged and there weren't enough outlets to have the refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker plugged in at the same time. Beds were comfortable and staff was super friendly and they had free hot breakfast including waffles.

What a great hotel at a wonderful price point. Night staff and morning staff were wonderful and friendly. It's on a nice exit that is not overly busy. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at a hotel. We travel highway 75 a lot from Florida to Michigan and we will be stopping here again without question. Thank you for a great night sleep.

A nice place to stay. Close to Cincinnati Premium Outlets and a very short 13 mile drive to King's Island.
The dresser drawers in our room had not been cleaned.and I will leave it at that. But after bringing it to the front desk attendants attention, everything was taken care of. The breakfast is wonderful!! Plenty of options to choose from. If you go away hungry it's your fault.
The only 2 downsides I have (and not deal breakers by any means) is one, breakfast is only served from 7am to 9am..Why can't it go until 10am???
And the second, if you have a reservation and it states on the reservation that 4 people are staying in the room, why do you only provide towel service for "3"?????
Just something to think about.
But I would stay here again.

Hotel located close to flea market and casino. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome and lady helps me for making waffles. Front desk staff was helpful specially Nick.

Everything was great until I went to take a shower. I could not get the water to be just warm.. It was either very hot or very cold, so minus 1 star for that. Everything else was good.

The hotel was clean. Breakfest was okay. Shower was either scalding or freezing no in between. Pet friendly which was amazing. Within driving distance of many eateries!

Rooms were very clean and there was a full breakfast. Each of the rooms has a microwave and a refrigerator so that's a plus. All in all a great stay

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The room is always immaculate. For the price, this is probably the best value in the area. I have never been disappointed with the service and quality at this facility. There is always someone in attention during breakfast and the items are served well.
