  I went in to get my wheels balanced after noticing a bad shimmy coming from the front end. People were very nice but after finding 2 striped rotor studs on the passengers front while balancing wheels they didn't have nor try to get replacements. $2 parts at any auto parts dealer down the road. This is something I believe a tire shop would see frequently and be prepared for.
  
  I ended up having to drive car home with a missing lug nut and replacing myself. Not a huge deal but once I replaced the wheel studs I took the car out for a drive and got it up to 70mph. Now I have a horrible shimmy/shake coming from the rear end.

  Good place for tires. Have to get an appointment for any services though. They are always busy.
