I initially gave these guys 5 stars..until 40 minutes after purchasing my car. My wife and I drove an hour to The Car Company as they had a vehicle that was reasonably priced with higher miles with all the features we wanted (as I was in the market for a car that would last me 4 years or so until I decided to go new) I looked up the company and they got 2.8 star rating, a lot of times I don't take reviews to heart as a lot are biased. Well this time I should have. Did the test drive, car was clean as advertised with fully loaded features, DVD, CD, nav., etc. We drove around, did the routine check, got the speed up to about 60, everything went well. We couldn't get the DVD screen to come on, and realized you needed a DVD to have the screen come on. We thought we will ask them about that. Get back, we were excited, went back and forth with price (talk them down, whole lot is overpriced, and they will tell you sticker is their bottom) we asked about DVD player, as far as they knew it worked, plus previous owner was a "tech guy." We asked if they had a CD or DVD anywhere so we could test it. (They said they had nothing) everything else worked on the display so we thought we would put a DVD in when we get home. I mentioned a tire monitor sensor was going off and asked if it was a sensor or if there was an issue mechanically. (The general manager basically told me in not so many words, vehicles brought here if the engine runs, and transmission is good, they put it on the lot, and price it to sell) I took that for salesman chatterboy was I wrong. 30 minutes into our drive home in our new car as we entered highway speeds 70-75, the vehicle began violently swaying left to right. It would come and go, wasn't consistent (luckily for the dealership who just sold it to me). We then get home, grab a DVD and the system would not take a DVD. We messed around with it some more until we finally realized, there is and has been a CD jammed and stuck in dvd slot. And will not come out. So after spending 3 hours and $8000 on my "new to me vehicle" I will spend another 2 days not driving it (traded in my daily driver) and roughly $500 fixing whatever the hell is wrong with it, and another $400 if I want to buy a new factory DVD system if I ever want to use it. Yes the vehicle is older (2007) with higher mileage, and I don't expect everything to work like new, but a vehicle that violently sways left to right with my pregnant wife and daughter in it is unacceptable and dangerous. Safety of the people you sell your cars to should be a priority. There is no way they did not know about the DVD (although that is not major to me), And absolutely NO WAY humanly possible they did not know about the swaying. If you want to gamble and buy here I wish you luck.
This place is a absolutely joke! You’ll go there and ask for a price for the car and they will say they don’t know only the bank does so you’ll have sit down and fill out all this paper work just to know the price . But all you need to do is look on their website and it will tell you the price. They will first give you a BS made up number of the cost of the car and then bring it down to the market price they have on the website and act like it’s a deal even though it’s still not down to the price they have it selling at on the website. They will argue with you for hrs and LOWBALL you on price of your trade in. They pretend to say they don’t use KBB or NADA Values but as everyone knows every single bank uses those to determine what they can loan you. This place is pathetic and if you know your cars you will have a good laugh! Save the gas money and go somewhere else.
The most miserable experience I had buying a car. Sold me a car and i loved it. Two months later took it back. I never defaulted on a payment. They said the funding didnt come through. Everyone told me not to buy from them. I was wrong. Ive been crying all day.
A very professional place to get an excellent deal on a car. We were treated with the utmost respect in selecting a car. They even move cars between their Warsaw and Goshen locations just to have customers get the largest view of their inventory without any cost to potential buyers.
John Reynolds, our salesman, even stayed way beyond the hours of operation to help us close the deal. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with everyone who were involved in our purchase.

Went in looking for an SUV. Wanted to trade my other vehicle in for a newer vehicle. Even though it would put me upside down on my new purchase. Was skeptical on what kind of deal they would give me on my trade. I had been to another dealership and they did not want to give me much for my trade. Plus kept giving me hassles about which bank to use for my loan. This other dealership wanted to bump my payment up way more than I was willing to pay or to be comfortable with. The sales person at the other dealership kept reassuring me that he would give me a good deal. First day I was at that other dealership, I waited around for 3 hours for them just to say, we are trying to get you the best rate possible. It was getting way to late in the evening for me to spend any more time at that dealership, so the sales person told me to just drive the new vehicle home and he would have the deal ready to go by tomorrow. So I did. Went back to that dealership and waited another 4 hours to just end up leaving frustrated and angry. They just did not want to listen to what I was telling them or asking them. Trying to put me into a vehicle that was way out of my budget.
I was not looking forward to going to another dealership anytime soon. But thought I would get on the internet and check one more time for a different auto dealer. Happened to run across The Car Company's web site. Emailed them, got an answer back right away. Told them my situation and was told that they were sure they could help. Went in the next day. I am sure we all have our horror stories about a car dealership that we could talk about. But the moment I walked in I sensed an ease in the atmosphere. Cory came up to assist me and made me very comfortable. Was not pushy or rude. Listened to what I wanted to accomplish and in not much time at all (definitely less then 7 hours!) had me approved and test driving. Nick in finance was very helpful and quick in getting the paperwork done. Needless to say, I left with peace of mind and I am now driving a newer vehicle . I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. And will do business with them in the future if need be.
Unfortunately I have to update this review to reflect more recent developments. When I purchased this car I financed it with the intention of paying off the loan within a month using a new 0% interest credit card to take advantage of the long 0% interest period. I didn't have the card in hand yet but it was on the way. I told Cory, my salesman, exactly what I planned to do and asked no fewer than three times if it would be possible to pay off the loan using my new card with no fees and he assured me it would be. I just got the first bill and it turns out the only way to pay using my card is to rack up $256 in processing fees, which is EXACTLY what I feared. My mistake for not insisting to see the terms and being trusting. It's now quite obvious that he was saying whatever I needed to hear to sign the paperwork and buy the car.
I had a Great Experience at the Car Company with Cory and Nick. They made it possible for me to get the car I have always wanted at a price I could afford! I will be sending business there way at the Car Company! Great Job Guys, You have earned my future business and I live in Kokomo!
Went in on a Saturday, waiting on the bank (which is typical for a Saturday) We were approved but (Still waiting) we even offered to put down money, numerous times.. but still NO ANSWERS back, kept reaching out to our sales man (who was also a friend or so we thought) kept getting they were waiting from the bank, (Also they let someone else take the vehicle or "borrowed it as we were told", as we were waiting on a response from THEM) here it is almost 5 days later and still no response We purchased 4 vehicles from here in the past, 2 of them at the SAME TIME! But unfortunately after this horrible experience myself nor my husband will never go back! Nor will we send any of our friends there (which 2 were currently looking and have went elsewhere now). We Would highly recommend purchasing else where if you actually were wanting a vehicle and not screwed around.
Both Bernie and Rick were so helpful in finding me the right fit and the right payment range that worked for me. I appreciate their time, understanding and their patience this is a huge undertaking for me as a single mom so every bit helps!
Jack and Bernie made the vehicle purchasing process seem so simple. My fiance has had poor experiences with car shopping in the past and was concerned that this time would be the same. I told him that we should go to The Car Company to see Bernie because he was so good to me when I purchased my Journey from him last year. I told him my wants and needs and ended up leaving with the van of my dreams. Jack took the time to understand what we could afford and made sure we got the very best vehicle for our budget. It was a fast and easy process for us and I'm absolutely in love with my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. Thank you so much guys.

I'm a truck driver, and drive by this place often. Love the trucks here. Meet Rick and he showed me a beautiful 2015 Chevy! Love my new truck, and got a great deal! Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great deal! Thanks Rick!
Went to 5 different dealers and was left disappointed. Came to The Car Company and found exactly what I was looking for. And in the exact price I wanted to pay. Rick Wilson was very helpful, friendly and was very efficient. Could not ask for a better experience. Would recommend The Car Company and Rick Wilson to everyone. Thanks Rick.
