Service was very good.
Pistachio encrusted salmon had a nice combination of flavors. Outstanding dish, recommended.
Veal Parmesan was dry and tasteless, avoid.
I called a week before our reservation to see if they had gluten free pasta for my sister. The girl on the phone immediately replied that they had gluten free pasta & they could substitute it for any pasta dish. She said they had other gluten free dishes as well. I was thrilled so I made my reservation for tonight. A Monday, so not super busy either. When we arrived the waitress new exactly what gluten free meant & she said that she would double check to make sure they could make fettuccine Alfredo gluten free. I thought that was odd since they had already assured me on the phone that it was possible. She came back & said yes they could. We all ordered and then she came back a few minutes later and said that for some reason they didn't have gluten free pasta tonight. WHAT? I was very confused. She offered only an apology. She did not offer any other suggestions, the chef did not come out to apologize or offer any suggestions & they did not comp my sister's meal. They should have done all 3 or at least one of these gestures. I tried not to let it dampen the mood since it was a birthday celebration but I was extremely disappointed. This was not good customer service at all. I won't be back any time soon.
I had my first visit to Bellini's for a birthday dinner with friends. The food was delicious with HUGE portions and the service was great! Prices are not cheap, but I took enough home for 2 more meals! There are no words to describe how wonderful the bread pudding is.save room for dessert!!
This was my mother and I’s first experience here on Friday 11/10/17 and I wish I could give more than one star. The overall experience was great the food was wonderful and my service was fantastic. But the reason I’m only giving one star is about an hour after eating my mother became horribly sick. So sick it landed us in the emergency room with a diagnosis of FOOD POISONING!! We ate the same thing up until our entrée where she chose lasagna so this must have been the culprit! I attempted to call the restaurant and speak with the manager multiple times the next day to address the issue. The first time I was told no manger was there so I left my name and number and ask to please be called back and told them the reason why. I was informed the manger would be in about 2 o’clock so when I received no phone call by 3pm that day I called back. Talked to the same person and was told the manger was in a meeting with the servers and would be given the message again, still not phone call back. The third time I tried to call around 630 no one answered the phone. Firstly I feel like if the message was received and a phone call just wasn’t made that is a horrible way to handle business. Secondly I didn’t expect to take my mother to a higher end restaurant only for her to be leaving with a case of horrible food poisoning. I understand things happen like this all the time no matter where you eat, it’s part of it. But I definitely held this place at a higher standard of business!!
Bellini’s is one of my favorite restaurants and I’m not even really a fan of Italian food. The Veal Tuscana is one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten. The atmosphere is great for business dinners or date nights. Try the wedge salad; it’s amazing!
This restaurant is incredible. The calamari is perfect: crisp, flavorful. It's cooked perfectly. Their wine selection as well as suggestions are spot on. Highly recommend.
On 9-18-17 I called in a To-Go order for one thing only WHITE CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING!! Got home, and started diggin in! As I was shoveling it in my mouth I realized, I forgot to take a picture!! I could of had a better picture, sorry I was under a spell of yummy dessert!!
Service was excellent. Food was horrible. Your "executive" chef needs to re learn how to make lasagna. It's a great presentation in the cast iron but it tastes like cleaning chemicals. Overly expensive and under quality food. Stouffers frozen lasagna is better than what your chef prepared
The food was excellent and service was impeccable. We called ahead and they were able to fit us in without a reservation. Fillet was tender. Duck was amazing. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
The atmosphere was very personal and calm. Would be a great place for a date night. The food was delicious. I have no complaints. You get plenty of food for what you pay. The service was the best part. Everyone was professional and friendly. Not only was the service good but the company at the bar was quite nice as well. Only thing I would recommend is making a reservation or else seating will be limited.
The food was top notch, the portions large, and the price reasonable. My chicken and bow tie pasta in sundried tomato cream sauce was $10. Hard to beat that.
This is not your typical "let's go someplace nice for dinner honey." This is a very unique, and wonder experience. The food is so good and the service is impeccable. Very much worth the time and price!
I always love lunch at Bellinis! (Dinner is pretty awesome also. Hang out at the bar for a little while and get to know the best bartender in town!)
My colleague and I stayed at the Courtyard for 4 nights while attending an Institute at Samford University. This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel. I must say I was very pleased at the amazing experience we had. The room was super clean and very quiet. The location is very convenient.
My mother and I had lunch at Bellini's today, and it was an all-around amazing experience. Our server, Brad, was phenomenal. He's very knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and attentive. I had the chicken alfredo and it was the best I've ever had. The sauce is obviously homemade, so flavorful. Mom had the burger that is topped with Gorgonzola cheese and caramelized onions. The bread was soft and the burger cooked to perfection. Her side of fries were crispy and fresh, obviously cut in-house. I will definitely be returning, and I hate to see 1-star reviews for such an excellent restaurant as a result of one poor experience from some. Talk to a manager or the owner before leaving and allow them to make it right when you have bad experiences- my advice as a former restaurant manager.
