The towing setvice is supreme. I have not checked out the car lot but I'm sure there's some good deals.

Pays drivers and staff low wages and treats them poorly. Long-standing bad reputation in and around Park City. Still, take it easy on the drivers.

The absolute worst most incompetent scum bags around.. lost the keys to our rental and had to tow back to SLC. the tow guy's name was Dillon, shows up smoking a cig, takes before hand pictures, proceeds to rip the front bumper off of the rental as he's pulling it on the tow bed at that point I start filming. tells me AAA will take care of it bc that's who contracted them it's now two months later and the rental car company is requesting 1500 dollars for damages to the vehicle I called back the day of to have Dillon send me the before hand pictures and he gave me some song and dance about his boss not allowing him to send the pictures to me. AVOID at ALL COSTS!! Complete scum bags that need to be removed by the BBB.

I have lived in Park City my entire life and sadly it seems that PC Towing has developed the attitude that they don't "need" and certainly don't want return business or care about positive word of mouth. Never in my life have I had to deal with 2 more Unpleasant women than I did a few weeks ago in their office. I have had dozens of interactions with this company over the past 40 years, and I assure you that I will never have another one! I have never seen such blatant disrespect, condescending and out right nasty treatment of PAYING customers. Not only did they charge what should be considered criminal amount of money for what was done, but literally called a 65 year old woman a "liar" and told her to "shut up! She didn't get to speak". And when I spoke up and said "Listen, don't talk to her that way", I was literally screamed at and told to "get out of their office" by the most nasty woman I've ever had to deal with. I understand they probably deal with some unpleasant and dishonest people, but to treat everyone like you're doing them a favor and they better not say a word is WRONG! Of the ridiculous amount of $1703 they were charging for 40 days of storage, the only thing in question was 3 days of that because we were told by them that the car was not there. We would have picked it up on a Monday when we called looking for it, but were told it wasn't there! It wasn't until 3 days later that we were told it WAS there and when this was brought to their attention, they both got extremely defensive, refused to call the owner, and basically told us to pay it or leave. Looking back now it's almost comical how outright crazy these 2 women behaved! They are obviously way too busy to care who's paying their paychecks and being human isn't in their job description. WHO treats "customers" like that?? Seriously?? Well, I'm here to tell you first hand that Park City Towing does. Not only will you be taken advantage of financially, but you will leave their knowing that your business has zero value to them and they don't ever want you back.

It's unfortunate when they try to take advantage of someone who knows the law with towing of vehicles.
They told me that my fiance needed to pay them $200 and give them the title. No, that's now how that works I'm doing you a favor by bringing you the title. I know all the loops you have to go through to pull a title. I managed a car lot as well as a mechanic shop. I have personally pulled titles from owners and it's not simple.
Since you wanted to try and play games with us, good luck getting the title. And the car can take up space in your lot.
Worst tow company I have ever dealt with. And they will lie to you about storage fees and everything else.

Total rip off tow company. Took advantage of us on a holiday because of Summit County allowing them to charge whatever they think they could get away with.
