A good local shop. They have taken the time to solve challenging tire balance issues that other shops have not.
Best place ever. Not just saying this fixed my infiniti which had a timing chain issue. Now it rides better than before and fixed it for a great price. Excellent staff! Excellent service! A well run place!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
These guys took good care of the vehicle I brought in, & were fairly quick. They were good guys, helpful, & friendly!
I found out my SUV needed a heater hose replaced and it was going to take some specialty tools. I stopped by Certified Tire and Service to see if they could help. The staff was friendly and able to get me in that day. 2 hours later my truck was ready to go. The cost was reasonable and the service fast and friendly.
These guys are the BEST! They know their stuff easy work with, very reliable, honest, and fix it the right way every time. They take care of their customers by going above and beyond to help you out with any type or car troubles. I am a customer for life. Thanks Certified.
This is one of my favorite companies in Utah. I have been taking my car here for years and I always feel like they appreciate my business. It is hard to find an honest mechanic who does good work, and I would say look no further than Certified Tire. I take my car here for tires and repairs.
Smooth transaction. Bought a used tire that was in great shape. I thought they were professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and competently. I'd go there again.
Absolutely incredible. They do a great job and for an unbeatable price. They are perfectly honest and truly take care of their customers. I don't know what I would do without them. They are fantastic. SERIOUSLY. Go to them.
Very down to earth REAL type people, I typically deal with Steve but have had mike and Todd both help me. This places doesn't make you feel like your being sold too, you dont get some crazy long scripted sales pitch if you know what I mean. They seem to be always laughing and having a good time at their job which to me is the most important thing I look for and also feel when I go to these type of places. Another good indication that they probably know their job well is they have two huge tool boxes, Adam(my husband) points them out every time we go there!!!! But enough of me rambling, I just wanted to give my two cents on them, I always leave happy!!!one more thing, I love the window paintings lol they have spring flowers painted on the windows, that kinda tells you the fun personalities you will be dealing with when you go there!!!!!.mechanic shop with pretty flowers!!!! I love it!!!!!
Went in for an alignment before a trip down to Vegas and back. Came home from the trip and the front tires were garbage. The cords were showing bad on the insides. I had bought those tires just 2 years ago and they were looking great before the alignment. (Replaced the rears is the reason for the alignment). Took it to the dealer and unlike certified tire, they gave me a print out before even working on the tires and it was way out of limits. I will never go back and I've spread the word about the dishonest work of this place.
I trusted Certified Tire in Orem for over 6 years and they did a great job on some major repairs on my '99 Honda. However, in the last year, their service has gone downhill, around the time they hired Mike. Todd is great to work with, but watch out for Mike. He is rude and a liar. On one occasion, they were unable to complete the repairs the same day and Mike assured me they would finish first thing the next morning. I live close by so when I hadn't heard anything by early afternoon, my boyfriend and I drove by and my car was sitting in the parking lot. I called and talked to Mike and told him I needed my car ASAP and asked why it wasn't done when promised. Mike assured me they had been working on my car all day. I parked across the street and watched as they scrambled to get my car into the bay. My car wasn't done until closing at the end of the second day and when I told Mike that they hadn't started working on my car until I called, because I saw it, he argued with me and told me that they had been working on it since the morningliar! In the end, they weren't even able to fix the issue with my A/C and Mike said it would require taking apart the entire dashboard to change the part. I ended up going to a different mechanic who fixed the problem in less than an hour without dismantling my car because it was a different part all together. I decided to give them another chance and even referred my boyfriend to them, replacing all four tires the day before a big road trip. We made it 30 miles down the freeway before the tire pressure light came on. Not being able to turn around because our tire was completely flat, we had to stop at another mechanic and found out that the O ring inside the tire was broken, probably during replacement. This delayed our trip by several hours and cost us more money. Upon our return, we had the misfortune of being greeted by Mike who told us that these parts "just go bad" so we decided to proactively replace them all. During the months that followed, my boyfriend continued to have more tire pressure issues. We went to another mechanic AGAIN and found that the 0 ring on a separate tire was installed upside down. The last straw for me was on my last visit to Certified Tire. I simply needed my safety and emissions done so I didn't think they could screw up very much. When I came to pick up my car, they couldn't find any record that the emissions was done, so I had to wait while they did it. While I waited, there was an elderly gentleman picking up his truck. The man returned less than 5 minutes later because something didn't feel right turns out they failed to fully remount and secure one of his tires which could have easily come off while driving. They lost ALL of my trust and I will not be returning or referring any more people. Save yourself the headache and find another mechanic who is honest and pays attention to detail.
