Way awesome deal on barely used tires (80%) Bridgestone. Way friendly staff.

I have been a customer for 6 years. Four years and three months ago I bought all new tires From AG tires, I had to replace them today because I let my truck go too long without an alignment Several times and over the course of two years! I’ve driven to Florida and back on these tires. But the tires had irregular wear on them, badly that they needed to be replaced a few months back, which three shops told me so (Big O, Les Schwabb, and AG Tires). If I had kept up my alignments they would still be good today probably through winter. I bought the best tires again today (in the $900’s) got an alignment and rotors and brakes replaced. They always show you what’s wrong by taking you into the back and actually showing you. You yourself can see it! So honest and great of them to do, they don’t have to do that but they do. So today I was there from 9ish am to 2:30pm, you know what I saw? They didn’t even take a break, at one point I saw one person holding a bag of food and that was it, they were slammed the whole time. I came and stayed so long because there was two cars ahead of me and a Part was far away, all of which they told me and kept me up to date on the whole time. That morning I went to Les Schwabb and they also told me they would take a while because they didn’t have all the tires there. But I always go to AG tires with my quotes from other places and they charge me less each time! They know how to build loyalty that’s for sure. I won’t go anywhere else now. Hopefully if I rotate my tires and keep up on alignments I can get several years out of my tires again.

I've had several tires installed here. Never any problemos. Always negotiate firm price first. I will come back.

Been there 4 times now for tires/ball joints/CV/battery holder/water pump /emissions and I trust them more than anywhere else. I also get the cheapest prices. One time they found a problem in a few minutes and didn't charge me for anything. It was something with my computer. These guys are great, highly recommend.

If I could give zero I would. First off the tires they sell you for 100 bucks sell elsewhere on online for 30 bucks new. Online because no one else sells cheap tires from china. Second off I bought 4 brand new tires (not the correct speed rating- so I had bad stopping power) but one popped a week later and got it replaced, I drive an all wheel drive car so the tires have to be the exact same or transmission problems come up. I was dumb to trust them and I thought the replacemt was all good but after a month a realized they put a completely different tire on with different tread pattern oh and a speed rating that was 5 ratings better than the other three! So my front right had amazing stopping power while the other three just didn't. I don't care how broke you are If you come here expecting a deal you'll run into more problems. They are the most dishonest people I've ever met. For the same cost of their cheap Chinese tires I got all new Bridgestone tires from Costco. And you'll have better luck finding the only grail than getting your money back btw.

I first asked if they they could do it and the guy told me: "after I finish my lunch"
Really?
Once he got into it, he took over an hour!!!!

First of all, my car is STILL leaking after taking it to this shop. My car never had a leak beforehand. I took it there first of all for new tires, which ended up good. Then I took it there for some maintenance issues, the first thing that I had them do was fix my control arm on my car, they fixed it and said that the other one looked good. Less then a week later, I was driving down state street and luckily I was in the turning lane and not in a main lane because the other side completely busted off. I had to get my car towed back to the shop so they could fix the other control arm. After that it was driving ok, but my car would not stop leaking. I took it back so they could fix the leak and this continued 4 more times! I told them that I wanted my money back and this was not good service and they were messing my car up more then fixing it. Overall, I paid them more then $1k and now I have to pay more to take my car some where else so that it stops leaking. This company doesn't care about customer service, good legit car maintenance and ripping people off. DO NOT go to Ag tire shop for any reason whatsoever.
