Will definitely be using Provo Car Medic again in the future! Estimated price for labor and parts was reasonable and broken down for me. I was able to get my car in quickly during a busy holiday week, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional.

Pleasant atmosphere, very reasonable pricing, and timely service (I usually don't need an appt for minor needs). Oscar, the main mechanic, knows every car we bring in and what service we're likely to request.

These folks are the BEST!!! I went in with my 2 little boys to have my flat tire fixed. They found no issues, they tested it thoroughly and mounted it along with testing all of my other tires and didn't want to charge me! I gave them $10 and said "buy you & your crew a subway sandwich next door." Ms. Iris at the front desk is a sweetheart and Cesar was nothing short of a gentleman! This shop will now have a customer for LIFE! If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. TOP NOTCH SHOP! Thanks to you all

I had a great and quick experience with Provo Car Medic. There weren't a lot of formalities which was a little unnerving at first but everything went smoothly. I was in and out in 30 minutes with Safety and Emissions and an Oil Change. I'll definitely go back.

The Car Medic is incredible. I was in a huge pickle that our car broke down two days before our lease ended and we were moving to Oregon. We dropped the car off after hours and they looked at it first thing in the morning, figured out the problem and gave us an estimate (and didn't charge us a penny more). They had to order the parts but hurried to get our car done after hearing about our situation. They finished in a very timely manner and worked after closing to get us out and on the road. I will only go to them if I ever need car problems in Utah county! Highly recommend!

This place was so cheap and so fast! We needed a safety & emissions inspection and they got it done in 20 minutes for half the price I usually pay! Friendly service to boot. So impressed. Will be coming back here again.

I know there are a lot of conflicting reviews here, but I had a really good experience. Cesar and Alberto were honest and communicative. It sounds like it's a family owned business and that shows (in a good way). I went in for safety and emissions, but didn't end up passing immediately. They helped me understand what was wrong and what needed to be done (replace rear brakes, and drive the car more, for more data, to pass emissions). I had to come back a few times for emissions, (to get more data, driving the car more) and they got me right in immediately, without delay. I would recommend to a friend.
