Hands down best experience I've ever had! Tom is probably the smartest man when it comes to dirtbikes and parts. He's not a rip off or just trying to get the job done the quick easy way like motofrugals they quoted me 550 bucks to fix one side of my shock I called duffs Tom had me fixed and ready to rock 3 days later for 50 bucks for both sides getting fixed not just 1! My pitster pro broke I searched everywhere for bearings including on Line and in China for hours and hours and hours.. I called tom thinking this bike was as good as trash.. he said just go to my buddy in Linden he has everything! I love this place I officially will never go anywhere else!

We were shopping around for a new Polaris side by side and ended up at Duff's. I had several questions about different models and sizes of machines.
Dave is the man! He took the time to walk us through my questions and concerns! He was not "high pressure" to sell us a machine. But he gave us a lot of information to think about.
We went back a second time to look at a different machine that I wasn't even thinking about and we were sold, not only the machine but it was Dave that sold us on their dealership! I bought a ATV from another dealer "up north", but never again!
To Dave & Duff's you have a life long customer!! Thank you for your patience and understanding along with your knowledge. I will be back for the service on the machine and for accessories.

I was sent here to pick up a mower part for my brother-in-law in Idaho. First impressions were that the place hasn't been updated for a while. I arrived at the end of the day when people are typically wrapping things up to go home for the day, which can be an inconvenient time for problem solving. I needed to pick up a different part than was previously arranged. They were so professional and so helpful. I really appreciated their willingness to go out of their way to resolve the problem. I would definitely recommend them tho others.

Very disappointed with the service. Took five days to get my mower delivered when I was told I could have it the next day. The steering is badly out of adjustment but I'm afraid if I take it for service I will wait weeks to get it back. Should have gone to Lowe's. No reason to keep local businesses in business if the treat you poorly.

I've been doing business with Duffs for years, this summer when I went out on a search for a new motorcycle I probably went to 20 different dealerships and I always ended up back at Duffs. Best customer service, best price, most helpful staff ever.

REMARKABLY & SURPRISINGLY LOUSY APPROACH TO BUSINESS! It started last November when I called them about getting a Stihl Chainsaw repaired. I was absolutely shocked when the person I was talking to on the phone told me to "wait a month or even 6 weeksthen we MIGHT be able to get to it." It was the end of the season and I didn't need the chainsaw until spring anyway, but they didn't want to be bothered with it. Oh, and you should note that they will only fix power tools that they sell. When I asked them why this was the case"We can't get partsand we're just too busy to bother with them" was the excuse given by the lazy idiot dealing with me in person!! I immediately called the company who manufactured the power garden tool in question and asked them about parts. "We sell parts to everyone, including independent repair shops" was their response.

It's apparent these guys don't really want to be in business and I certainly intend to help them by finding other more proactive, upbeat and reputable repair/retail options. A quick note on that. Home Depot offers repairs through their Tool Rental department.

I recently purchased a Polaris Razor from Duffs and had a great experience. I shopped around a handful of local dealers before making a final decision on the make and model I was going to purchase. Most dealers I met with with were great, but the price at Duffs was unbeatable. The staff was straight forward and honest, and Shane was willing to help answer all the questions I had. They went above and beyond by delivering the razor after hours to my house. I would recommend them to family and friends.
