Lovely place to stay. Great breakfast, afternoon coffee-lemonade&cookies/muffins. Then dessert at night. Staff very nice, friendly and fun.

Excellent accommodations and Miss Rose made it extra special. Very fortunate for a B&B to have such an exceptional employee such as her. The building itself could use some TLC, but the beds and room itself was great. Stayed in a suite with my Mom and 3 sisters. Our suite was 2 rooms divided by the bathroom (stool & shower were also private), which allowed Mom to sleep while is girls stayed up to visit and play games. Also had a private balcony and outside entrance.

I have been to Mackinac Island approximately 20 times, The Bayview Bed and Breakfast is beautiful with wonderful breakfasts and nightly desserts..they have the absolute best coffee ever ( which can be purchased and sent to your home) ..very accommodatingstaff is friendly and they make you feel like family. Since I've stayed at almost all the hotels on the Island ( except for The Grand Hotel) this is by far our favorite.

The Bayview staff were incredibly polite and professional - rooms are very clean, the edibles and coffee were great, and the view is wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

My wife and I stayed at the Bayview for two evenings while on the island. The B&B is a fairly ornate old building. The hallways, common rooms, and guest rooms are very nicely decorated. The B&B sits on the water next to the marina. It is a few minute walk from the downtown and ferries. The (hot) breakfast provided was quaint and delicious. Each evening they serve a very nice dessert. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. It's beautiful, peaceful. A friendly atmosphere. We stayed in the Harbor Suite (see pictures) which has a queen sized bed, I believe. There is a sofa, in the room, where you can read, or have a snack or drink. We had a nice, small back porch that overlooks the water. We sat out there and had a glass of wine. The dining room, as you can see in the picture, is just beautiful. The service is phenomenal!!!! They put out cookies and coffee/tea, in the afternoon, for the guests. And, each evening, we got to experience a delectable dessert. Breakfast is a good time. Though many people are dining at the same time you can make new friends. Bayview Bed and Breakfast is clean, well decorated and managed very well. I would HIGHLY recommend a trip here. I cannot wait to go back!!

Stayed with my wife for our anniversary in mid October and it wasn't too crowded. Great little place and right on the water. The view from the sun deck on the 2nd floor are great. Overall cozy feel and the staff are very friendly. An easy place to come and go as you explore the island.
