Our waiter Jake was very nice and helpful with all of his suggestions for drinks and food. I had my first ever oyster. It was Rockefeller and it was great. And my first ever Trigger Fish. Incredible It was the Imperial (with crab). The martinis were tasty and intoxicating.. And the Key Lime pie was spectacular. Great all around experience.
The waitress was amazing. Debra told us all the popular items and actually convinced me to try alligator for the first time and i was hooked. I will come here every week for oysters now just to see her beautiful smile
Food was amazing! Our waitress was so sweet and attentive. However, when we were ready to go we went to pay the hostess and she informed us we had to return to our table and wait on our waitress.
I was in shock. She could see how busy they were. And to tell a customer they can't leave
We had an amazing time till we spoke to the hostess last night
Really enjoyed our visit. We went the first week of October, and the place was still packed, even during the "off season". Food was some of the best we have had in PC, it was very good, as was the service. That evening had live entertainment, it was just so so, but the atmosphere was still great. We will be back for sure. The bar tenders mixed good drinks too and there were college football games on the TVs which is always a plus!!
Food was absolutely amazing. Fresh and hot. I had the shrimp and grits, my husband had seafood gumbo. The food was a little on the expensive and you do not get enough to eat for those prices. I suggest anyone who's there try it, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED 😊
I only gave it a star because I couldn't give it less. If you want oysters go to Hunt's. The cheese oysters were dry and the cheese tasted old. The fried oysters were overlooked. The best thing I ate was the fries. Almost 30.00 for my meal and I ate fries.
One of mine and my husbands favorite places to go, when we come to visit the beach! Last time we went, Rick was our server. He was absolutely slammed; however, that didn't keep him from being an amazing server and easily one of the nicest people! We asked for him this time and he got slammed again. Even so, he still did a wonderful job! He is very knowledgable about the menu and always looks out for the customer. He does not do your typical, pressured, up sales. He makes sure you get the best deal/value for what you are getting though!
Be sure to ask for RICK, if you go to Bayou on the Beach:)
This establishment was PERFECT. The atmosphere was great, the service even better. The food was the best I've had in a while. The Who Dat shrimp where superb, and the gumbo as well. I highly recommend this restaurant. Great food, atmosphere, and service for a good price. (Forgot to mention the price was great. Got a meal with 4 cups of soup in it that coat my $19. The soup was amazing.) 100/5 stars. Will definitely eat again.
Absolutely the worst place on the face of this planet. The wait staff and manager simply put more time in drinking, than they do serving. We witnessed two confrontations between customers and management. We were shortly involved in our own after we attempted to get our party some water to drink. After all said and done, the manager simply smiled and we were asked to leave. Outstanding. I am a local business owner and would have fired the entire staff.. If this is what we have declared as customer service, stay at home.. The food you prepare is so much better.
Fun restaurant, full liquor bar but family atmosphere. Raw oysters, Cajun food, seafood, burgers, fried green tomatoes. Crab claws available but not on menu.
Fun atmosphere and amazing food! Their gouda grits were outstanding! It was an hour wait to be seated, but well worth it!
Kind of a hole in the wall bar-like atmosphere with amazing seafood. The oysters are always a hit and cheap beer. Everything is reasonably priced. One of my favorites in PCB.
The best food on the beach and the prices are affordable. I'm a local and this is my favorite place to eat on the beach. All for server Rick, he is the best
Excellent service, food was delicious. I recommend the who-dat shrimp appetizer. Everything we ordered was good. They had a little live music playing. Go early or expect a wait, but that is like anyplace good at the beach.
