  Put in one room, had a leaky air conditioner which caused musty/damp room, moved our room and upgraded with no trouble at all and sent someone right up to fix the ac. Room was a littleused.. Could see they were in renovation process and just hadn't made it the carpets yet. Overall very nice visit, clean pool and hot tub, clean bathrooms, etc. Nice wall mounted flat screen.

  Reserved hot tub room.
  Called and made sure
  Arrived to find renovations as reason why it didn't happen.
  Now a week later I find out NO MORE HOT TUBS.
  Renovations where removal of the items.
  Sorry guys, keep looking.

  Filthy carpet. Moldy bathroom. Ratty, frayed, exfoliate towels that were like sandpaper. Stains on the walls. But NO bed bugs. Thank God. Oh, and NO flat screeen tvs. I wonder where they still find these old box style tvs?

  " I was so upset to wake up with bedbugs " and when i appoarched the staff I was told that lexington in general is having a problem with several case of bedbugs. ( as if i was suposed to accept what was discoverd in my room )i saw online with the reviews that this was not the first time that there were bedbugs in this hotel.. It took the manager 3 days to contact me back about the issue, and when OPC came to inspect the staff told me that there was only (1) bedbug. ..Well i have a video that shows differently.
