Staff was very nice and professional but looked grubby. The room was clean but very dated. Pillows were about 10 years past there prime as well as the beds. Pool was in excellent condition and very nice.

No early check in available when I arrived. That kind of sucked. But overall a good clean hotel reasonably priced for the region and time of year. Friendly staff and good service.

Check in to hotel saturday after 3 pm and they charged me for friday in which i never stayed. After 30 minutes of explaining they have the wrong reservation number and helping them do their job the room rate was correct. Vending machines do not work. TV service is horrible. The place needs a upgrade. Breakfast service was terrible. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty nice. Clean. The hot water runs out petty quickly though. And there wasn't coffee at breakfast so a few people were pretty upset about that. Can bring dogs.We have one large and one small dog. They have plenty of space for them to go for a walk.

My stay at the Baymont Inn in Traverse City was great. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out was super easy. The Continental breakfast had a good amount to offer and the food tasted fresh. My only issue during my stay was the pillows in my room were tiny and which made it hard to use them to get comfortable. Other than that I would definitely stay again.

I usually love Baymont Inns, but this one was dissapointing. Dated decor. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Breakfast could use some cooked additions like scrambled eggs, sausage etc. Would not normally pay over $100 a night for this quality.

Rooms are nice. Front desk staff was not. The maid staff was the friendliest. Breakfast was lacking compared to other places around. Hotel was quiet.

We liked the price - for a one night stay. We came for a bike riding event. If you do not want to spend a whole lot - this was great. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. It's not a 5 star hotel but we were only sleeping there - did not need anything more. Staff was very friendly!

Location is great, the staff ate very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a great size but a bit dated, although comfortable. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

My night at the hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly and explained everything the hotel offers. The room was very clean, a little dated but none the less nice. The beds were comfortable and in the a.m. enjoyed your standard hotel breakfast. 10-12 is adults only in pool and hot tub, tha was pleasing! Would stay again!

The location is okay, but a bit difficult to get on and off the road from. The rooms are nice and clean. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful and one of the guys that work there is a friend of mine. The pool is large enough and I enjoy swimming there.
