I loved the greeting "What's up, what do we got"! Hand clap with fast scissor back and forth. Store is highly cluttered and jam packed! It's not even a showroom at all. I asked for a firm seat larger accent chair. Gentlemans response was to try them all for comfort. I excepted to be at least shown 1-2 that may fit the criteria I asked for. He did not follow us around like a sad puppy, which I will say I liked. I just felt more questions he could have asked were missed. Maybe back with the wifey I certainly have not decided on that yet.

Please be aware this furniture store does not offer furniture refunds, they will only exchange, they have nothing posted in the store to that effect and won't tell you, you have to ask, the owner is one of the most unreasonable business folks I have ever met, shop at your own risk. Update..owner came up with a reasonable compromise.
