I would recommend this hotel to all my clients. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, soft and fluffy pillows. The breakfast is great, but the best part is the staff, the rooms are cleaned daily by wonderful woman and Amanda Cherrier at the front desk is a cheerful, friendly, helpful and always there with a smile that brightens your day.

Large clean room. Each room has a private entrance. Good Continental breakfast. I would stay here again.

First off - we walked in to find a dead roach in our bathroom floor. Then the cleaning lady took our towels after my husband told her not to stating that "she would get us clean fresh towels for when we got back". We get home from a very long day at a local wedding venue to find ZERO clean fresh towels with which we could bathe our very dirty very sleepy children and selves. 2 of our 4 trashcans were not emptied and the 2 that were did not get liners put back in. On the flip side, the front desk clerk "Pinky" was very friendly on check-in and the room air was very cold which is how we like it.

This place is AWFUL. My room smells like mildew, I was up wheezing all night. There are stains on the fabric. The other reviews must be plants. My friends in other rooms reported the same feeling. Not even worth one star.

This is our second stay with this establishment. First time was in May of 2017 for our Anniversary. We had a fabulous experience then so we decided to plan another trip. Our current trip is just as pleasing. Staff is very kind and friendly. The area is very secure and safe feeling. The kids loved the pool..lol everything is clean and fresh. We will be back for sure.

Found a spider about 4 inches wide crawling through my room. Killed the spider and went back to inspect the rest of the room. Found a sandal that did not belong to us and dead bugs behind th pull out couch. I have 6 rooms and they offered to give me $20 refund and move me on the opposite side if the hotel. I was also told that I dodnt pay half as much as the rate is now( I booked this 5 months in advance) as if that is supposed to negate the fact my room was not cleaned properly. Not happy with the customer service and definitely not satisfied with the management and how they handle issues. We spend a lot of money here every year and their response when I said I wasn't satisfied was that I have the right to not come back and that is all they could do. $20? Never again. Don't bother if you are expecting a clean bug free room.
