I spent weeks looking for the right mattress. I covered at least 6 counties visiting furniture stores, mattress stores, department stores, anyone that had access to mattresses. I found Jonathan Stevens in Muskegon and stopped, not expecting much after getting the hard sell at other mattress stores. Well, surprise. I got a knowledgeable, caring, easy going sales guy who knew his product well. Jonathan Stevens is a manufacturer and as such will make your mattress to order. That's a bit novel in the furniture industry, but felt right. That got me what I wanted and it wasn't some dusty product stored in volume in some warehouse somewhere. The price was better too, probably 25% or more lower than any competitor I saw in my quest. I got my mattress in about a week delivered and set up when promised and it was everything I expected and more. Well worth the short wait. I'd give them a higher score, but you only go to 5. Well worth a 10.

I cant believe you can not purchase a mattress from this store and take it home that day. Just what I want, to pay 2400 cash to wait a week for delivery. Rediculous i say, i cant sit at home all day on an effing weekday waiting for you turds to deliver something that fits in my truck perfectly fine.

My family had such a great experience here. The employee that helped us find our perfect mattress really listened to our wants and needs instead of just trying to sell us the priciest mattress. We were very impressed with quality for the price and willingness to help us. When we could not get the box spring up our stairs they helped us out tremendously with getting a split one. Also delivery was fast and they set it up for us too! Our mattress is giving us a great nights sleep three months in and we have no complaints! Great service and great quality.
